I am not refering to anyone in general. There are just a few that come and go, and they should know who I am talking about if they don't... well I guess I understand bc I see what they are typing..

I agree with you 100%. It is fustrating at first but like you said they are like humans. My Jinxy is 9mos and for the most part she just recently has been going on the pee pads and when she gets mad at me she will just squat anywhere. You definately have to have patience. But don't complain about it. Get over it and move on.

Uh oh, don't think it is you or anyone who comes here and askes for advise or help. It's obious that you love your babies. I am alsmost certain they are talking about people who come on and talk about how angry they are how they have no patients to deal with what needs to be done to train, that sorta thing.

I don't think some young folks realize how it sounds when they complain and I don't thing they meant to be mean. I think they are just looking for positive feedback. There are a LOT of teens on here and they speak their mind without thinking sometimes. If anyone posts something you don't like, then just ignore it. Fanning the flame makes it worse.

Yorkie rules to live by:

Love your Yorkie unconditionally.
Treat your Yorkie with the same love and attention you would a human child.
Spend as much time as possible learning how to be a good Yorkie parent and they will be wonderful to you too.

IF you don't enjoy your Yorkie completely let it go to someone who will, sell it to a loving caring person and get a cat!!!!!!!;)

Try to be patient with your human, after all they are only human.
Forgive them if they are not always consistent with you.
LOVE them unconditionally and hopefully they will do the same to you.

Oh my your Teddy bear is so cute! My big Yorkie is registered as Teddy Bear Mcgee Cunningham. He looks a lot like your Teddy Bear.

it's one thing to come here looking for help and advice. but in doing that, you show affection and love towards the innocent puppy that you have taken into your life. you dont come here and completely bash the puppy in all of your posts....you vent your frustrations and ask for help and advice...but you also let on that you actually love your pup and are trying to do what is best for everyone.

the problem I think that is being addressed here is the people that come on here and talk sooooooo badly about their pups and have nothing good to say and don't seem to want help. they just want to complain. and use language and such anger in their posts that you have to cringe when you imagine what their poor PUPPY must be experiencing behind closed doors.

The thing that irritates me are the many posts about how much they want a Yorkie, how excited they are to get it and everyone else replies to their posts being excited for them; and the countdown til the day they get it...then they finally GET their Yorkie and come here to talk about how disppointed they are in it:confused: . Very annoying. I'm glad you said something about it. I only did privately but I was extremely irked by it.

kills me when people PICK OUT a yorkie....THEY choose the dog....the dog doesn't choose to be taken into their home....and they can only worry about how big it will get or how much hair it has. why do you go and pick out a pet, pay God only knows how much money for it, and then complain non stop?? why?? doesn't make sense. it's totally selfish. If you get pregnant, hope for a boy, but get a girl...do you love it less? if it has blonde hair instead of brown...do you love it less and talk bad about it? you don't get the luxury of picking your kids hair color, eye color, height, or genetic traits but yet you love it none the less. you actually get to hand select your pet yet all you can do is concentrate on its faults and talk bad about it. heck...i hand picked maggie because of her personality. she has an underbite, crooked ears, crooked teeth, short stubby tail, and half of her body is super curly, and she barks louder than any large dog i have ever been around...but do i love her less for it? NO . i love her more than anything!! she would never guess she had any "faults" by the way she is treated and loved.

i just don't understand the way people act about their pets. it's so selfish and rude. and then to have the nerve to come onto a website where people think more of yorkies than they do of any human they could know and to just sit and talk about all of their yorkies "bad" traits or how annoyed they are by the pup THEY CHOSE. give me a break. no sympathy here.

You know honestly what really irks me is all the posts saying "hi is this a yorkie"? Weeeeell- if you paid full bred price you should have checked the puppy out before buying him/her! I guess if people are just curious but it's the people who are like "it's not a yorkie, I don't want the puppy"...I think that's worse than people complaining about behavior or whatever...but that's just my opinion...
