They don't look purebred to me, but I'd go see the mom and dad and check out the paperwork. They are adorable. |
They look a bit like my guy Bally. He is 3/4 Yorkie and 1/4 Pom he has the same longer nose and his ears are HUGE but they stand up straight not flopped over. Sorry I don't have any pics to show...he is 6 months old now but he had a full coat at 11 weeks, but his sister's coats were not as nice as his at that age. Sounds like the same situation:scratchhe ...Not an expert by any means. Oh, the boys are soooo cute! |
Cute puppies. Hope you will update us later after you see the puppies. |
ahahaha how ironic that the ad stated "full fluffy coat". i find that rather amusing :yelrotflm |
They are cute, but arent ALL puppies cute. Ive seen soooo many variations of yorkies on this site that i think its hard to tell. If it really matters to you to find a definite yorkie that you have no doubts about then maybe keep looking but if it doesn't really matter and you fall in love with 1 of them pups then get hubby to get those rooms painted quick and bring yr baby home! :) |
pups They are not good quality, but if your husband is not doing more then $500 worth of work and you just want a pet, then it seems fair. Many rescues charge at least $300 to $500 for a York... |

Good luck with your search...I would continue to look elsewhere if I were you. |
litter The boys look better then the girls...they look almost to young as there coat is not what I would call fluffy..if that was the word used.. The girls look like they have some wirehair in them...hard to tell in pic also. Maybe hubby should just get paid, then buy a yorkie from some one else.. |
I'm just curious if you ever decided to take the pup. Please let us know! Thanks! |
I believe they're purebred, just a poorly bred yorkie like Sugars Mom said. They're price shouldn't be $800, if he's doing $500 of work and you want a companion, why not. You'll love 'em the same. I'd be sure to spay/neuter. |
It looks like (from her myspace page), the got a puppy, but, not one of these. myspace.com/mommysyorkie |
pictures decieving I took a pic of one of my maltese and it looked like he had tear stains we he didn't... light and shadow is weird.... all having droopy ears is a concern... the boys look much more like yorkies than the boys. Occasional things like droopy ears... long bodies... wierd coats happen.... but for them to happen all at once... seems a bit unusual. Not well bred. But if you see them parents them you will know they are at least part yorkie. You can't get a mutt from the pound here for less than 500... go for it (unless you are JUST wanting a yorkie! For the person who thought possible boston terrier mix....lol... not hardly... bostons have smushed faces... these have extremly long faces! |
