does your furbaby sleep with you Does your furbaby sleep with you. Do they sleep under the covers or on top of the covers. Deiter sleeps with me, but won't sleep under the covers, he sleeps on top of them and between my legs or curled up between my thigh and calf or my legs. |
of course :D Abby sleeps under the covers sometimes and on top most of the time. She likes to lay between my legs also. It's so cute :p |
Jake sleeps curled up against me or sleeps on my legs. If he's cold, he gets under the blankets. Jackson sleeps on my pillow by my head lol |
Yes all three sleep in the bed with me or maybe they let me sleep with them.... Anyway Windsor sleeps on top of the covers and ZsaZsa and Abbie switch up sometimes under sometimes on top. |
When I first got Riley, he wouldnt sleep under the covers. Lately though, he will not sleep anywhere else except under the covers by my tummy. I think its because its getting cold here. During the day when he takes his naps, he just curls up by my arm or above my head. Lol. |
Thanks everyone, I just thought it would be cool to see how everybodys furbabies sleep. Thanks for sharing with me. |
Reggie, my 10 year old Shi Tzu always sleeps at the foot of the bed or between my legs on top of the covers. I could never get him to sleep up "with" us. So I'm soooo thrilled that Coby sleeps "with" us. He curls up as tight to me as he can! One time, my husband woke up and saw Coby sleeping all curled up around my neck. He didn't see how I could sleep that way without feeling like I was choking! He likes to get under the covers under my arm, any way to get the warmest!! |
Tilly sleeps with us. :) Sometimes I complain and say I wish she slept in her bed, but truth is I'd miss her if she did sleep in her bed. She sleeps on top of the covers and in between my legs down by my feet. |
Don't everybodies? LOL |
Sunshine sleeps between our (her) pillows and usually ends up under my (her)pillow, snoring. Rocky sleeps under my chest with his face up under my chin. (He's slept "under" me since he was 8 wks old, he'll be 6 in Dec) Maggie sleeps with Chuck under the covers. |

I tried it - but Buster moves around too much - it was like being in a water bed lol |
They use to all sleep with us but every once in a while we would wake up to a pee-pee spot. Now, I just have Shay sleeping with me, I know she won't pee in the bed and she is the best cuddler ever! Under the covers and right by me all night :D I love it!!! I am planning to let the others in one by one and weed our our mistery pee'er... |

thanks!!! But to be honest I am in no rush, hehe!!:D |
Penny and one of my cats have bed privledges at night-- my other critters are all too playful at night to be allowed in the room when I'm trying to sleep. I started letting Pen sleep with me while crate-training her. She had lots of accidents in the crate at night, but none in the bed ever, and she sleeps much more soundly when she is in the bed. She goes under the covers sometimes, but prefers to sleep on top of the covers right on my feet. |
sawyer sleeps right between my husband and me. he cuddles against my back mostly. I couldn't sleep without him now.:) |
OH YES, they sleep with us :p My Yorkies sleep on top of the covers, but Pippi (my Mini Doxie) has always slept under the covers. Tatum, my little girl Yorkie sleeps at the end of our bed on "her bed" (a HUGE super soft blanket that she MUST lay on in order to get to sleep at night lol) but my Stedman sleeps RIGHT IN BETWEEN mommy and daddy and will NOT budge for anything :p Sometimes though, he will want to lay on one of our pillows - and he will LITERALLY push us off the pillow and take the whole thing for himself  Yeah....alot of times we wake up with cricks in our necks :p |
All 4 of mine sleep in the bed with us on top the covers! They all have their special spots - 2 on each side of me. We had 6 sleeping with us last week - we were doggie sitting for 2! That Was FUN!!! |
under the covers Both of mine sleep under my covers. One on the right and one on the left, the order never changes. I couldn't sleep any other way. When I went on vacation I had the hardest time sleeping because they were missing. |
yorkies well....where to begin....i have 8 and they all sleep with me....a few more and the bubby will be on the couch.....lol....3 of them sleep on my pillow above my head and one sleeps on my neck....he's a little mommas boy and i have one behind my back...two on their backs snoring at my feet....one under the covers in here somewhere....one is starring at me wanting to know when i'm getting off the lap top so she can find a place to sleep....she won't lay down till I do....she's the queen bee of the house...has to know everything going on and don't miss a thing.lots of yorkies snuggling here....if i knew all 9 of their babies wouldn't fall of the bed....they would be in it too. |
Bernie always sleeps with us, Kona does most nights. During the colder nights, Kona will usually crawl under the covers and lay between my legs. Bernie will only crawl under on the cold nights. |

Lily, my cat, sleeps under the covers ALWAYS...on my right side curled up. Maddie occasionally sleeps under the covers, but just her body...her head is always out...on my left side...but most of the time she's on top of the covers between my legs. Sophie moves around but usually ends up by my feet because Lily and Maddie kick her out of their spots...lol |

Zoey sleeps on my pillow every night. She sleeps at the top of my head. My husband says it looks like I am wearing a furry hat! |
Is it safe to sleep with a puppy? I'd be so scared of squishing it in the middle of the night. How old were your babies when you let them into the bed?:D |
Mine hog the bed, lol!! If I'm lucky some of them get tired of me rolling over and go to the floor where there is more beds then floor space. |
