Yep, Toto lets me sleep with him! :D He has a baby blanket that he sleeps on and he likes to be covered up with it. He never moves all night. Wish I could say the same for me. :p

We sleep with 4 little darlings in with us at night..they all have their spots..yes we also have myself and hubby...

We recently graduated from 6 furbabies in a double bed to 6 in a Kingsize bed. Still haven't gained any more space for sleeping, but the puppies have.

Jasper sleeps with me every night!I try to snuggle him under the covers but he thinks he is a guard dog like a doberman or mastiff, bless his heart.He usually starts out at the front of my bed always on top of the covers.Sometimes when I wake up he is sleeping on top of my head or between my knees!

WOW! lol, ok so I don't have my Yorkie yet and I've been reading a ton of dog articles and books, all of which say that you should NEVER let your dog sleep with you because of dominance issues! I take it none of you have that problem???

Nope , I don't think any of us do. Coco and Coffee know they are our "children"
and just love to cuddle in bed. I woke up the other day with them both on top of my head lol... I had just a tinny tiny bit of pillow. Coco often sleeps on my head but I was surprised at Coffee, he has never done this before.:)

Both Rexy and Rowdy sleep with us. Rexy ALWAYS gets under the covers, and sometimes Rowdy gets under the covers, and sometimes on top of them.

Also, Rowdy likes to get under the covers and snuggle up to my hubby's back.

Of course, they both sleep with us. Both on the top of the covers. One on one side, one on the other. Yorkies are bred to cuddle....:)

LOL That is too funny! I think a lot of that might have to do with the size of the dog. Our shepherd gets a huge hair up his tail when he is allowed to sleep on our bed. (we have a big bed LOL) So he is no longer allowed to sleep onb our bed. He has his own big quilt on the floor next to the bed instead.

Diesel has never showed any dominance issues before. He is my baby and has never acted that way. WHy should he... He is spoiled rotten and has it made LOL ;)

I do understand the principle behind the philosophy. But I think that as long as you establish yourself as the alpha or pack leader at all other times of the day, I don't think sleeping with you really contributes to problems. As long as it works out, there is just nothing better than sleeping with your puppy. Reggie my Shi Tzu sleeps at the foot of the bed, so I was sooooooooo excited when Coby actually CUDDLES with us!!

Bella sleeps stretched out along my side under the covers, Bruizer likes HIS bed. We trained him that way cause hubby didn't like the Idea of a dog in the bed with us, Plus he said he was to small. But with Bella he says nothing about her being in there. I didn't ask or nothing, one night i just put her in bed with me, and has been that was ever sence,! To late to stop me now! I love sleeping with her. But Bruizer has not part in it, He likes his bed.

Bella sleeps with us I've never seen such a little dog take up so much space! Just remember you let them in once you have a guest forever! hehe ;)
