Do you leave radio or TV on while u r at work? Just wonder if anyone out there leaves her/his TV and radio on while he/she at work? I am thinking to leave the radio on while I am at work for Chloe.....but does it matter to her? What ya all think?? |
Yep every morning i set the timer on the tv for my babies, cause it's dark when i leave for work, so i put on animal planet for them and set it for 80 min. then i come home at lunch time and take them out to pee... |
I leave the the radio on for my two, but whos knows if they like it or not. |

Yes Yes, my breeder gave me the Doggie Sitter DVD...lol...although I notice she likes watching this art channel that has alot of dancing ballerinas???? I dunno...I turned it on there and she just watched them dancing around... |

We leave the TV on for Keely. But she doesn't like animal plant. She likes the food network. I don't know if she watches it, but we leave it on so she hears voices like someone is there. |

I leave a radio on, tuned to the Classical station. I'm not sure if they 'like' it but it does help mask the outside sounds so they're not startled by every little noise out there:) |
Hehehe, I used to leave the tv with rap music station. (sorry I know it is trashy but I like the music not the words they are saying..) (And yes you can imagine my baby will be a rapper!!! lol) Anyhow, now I leave the tv with NBC since I watch Today's Show until I leave for work. She knows if I turn off the TV, it means she gets to go with me!!! lol She is sooo cute!! She looks at the screen and looks at my face, and back to screen and then my face!!! (I meant when I turn it off!!) |

Yes I have found that if you have to step out it really comforts them, so they don't feel alone. It helps so they don't bark ....too. |

I'm with them all day, Chelsey has her favourite programs, so i zap for her, when i go out shopping or whatever, i leave the radio on with classic music for them, no idea if they listen to it though, but have heard that classical music is calming for them. |

We leave the tv on - it use to be animal planet prior to getting Captain - but Captain watches the tv and barks at all animals....so now they get the today show and whatever comes on after that all day. (Does anyone else have a dog that can actually tell what is on tv?? Captain is the only one of our 4 that reacts when things come on the tv.) |
We leave the radio on every morning when we go to work. He seems calmer when we come home. It also helps to mask noise so Charlie doesn't bark at random sounds :rolleyes: |

No I don't leave anything on for Winston...he is not in the least bit interested in TV. He just curls up in his bed and sleeps while we're away from home. My first Yorkie, Spencer loved to watch certain shows on TV, he'd jump around and play with whoever happened to be on, so cute...but Winston is the complete opposite, he ignores it, even if I purposely try to show him something...nope he won't fall for it. |
I leave the soft rock station on for Conner when I leave for work. My sister comes at lunch time and lets him out and plays with him. She changes the radio to the country station. I change it to soft rock again when I come home, then she changes it the next day. Do you think Conner is confused?:confused: |

I leave the classical radio station on while I'm at work. Tink likes the music and it helps cover up the noise of the people in the apartment upstairs. I can't leave the TV on because if there is a commercial with a dog barking, she starts barking too and gets all upset. I leave a light on too, because this time of year it's dark when I get home and she hates being alone in the dark. |
