Purse Carriers Can Y'all tell me where I can get a purse type carrier, that I won't have to make a bank loan to buy. I have seen several on the internet, but my gosh, I don't have the money like the Trumps. :rolleyes: |
Try here! I love this website...Nancy (who runs it) is very nice and helpful...and you get your stuff very promptly. She has a few cute ones. The one I have is made by Outward Hound. Im looking for the same thing.. you might find really cutes ones on e-bay for not too much. I really want a juicy pet carrier, but even the fake ones are like $70!!! and what if my baby doesn't like it.. then I'm out $70 |
I've had mine for awhile...but I haven't had a reason to use it yet. But just to see last night I put Syd in it at home. she freaked out as I was putting he in. But once she was strapped in and zipped up and I was carrying her around the living room, she was like "Hey mommy, this is pretty cool". So I think that she will be fine in it. |

See pictures below: I plan to make one similar out of real or fake leather or suede. It will zip at the top with a strip of whatever material I use just like the bag in the picture below. I am going to have the inside lined with plastic and a soft cushion over that which can be washed. There will be a metal frame to hold the shape under the cushion so that TJ will be comfortable. Thank you all for your input. I headed to Petsmart, due to the fact our Target won't be open until the end of next month. I put Maggie into the purse carrier. As I was zipping up one side, she was coming out the other. :eek: I would no more get her back inside and zipped, as she was reversing and coming out the other side. :p Will have to work on some zipper fasteners. I'm sure it will work, even if I have to duct tape it shut. :D |

I got Katia a custom made pink one with her name on it for 20 bucks. I don't know how to post pics on this board to show it to you. I got it from brlanewishes.com. If someone can tell me how to post pics here I will show it to you. |
