I have decided that I am going to make my own. There is this one bag that I just adore, but it is $249! See pictures below:

I plan to make one similar out of real or fake leather or suede. It will zip at the top with a strip of whatever material I use just like the bag in the picture below. I am going to have the inside lined with plastic and a soft cushion over that which can be washed. There will be a metal frame to hold the shape under the cushion so that TJ will be comfortable. I will add ventilation, pockets, etc. too! I am so excited! I can't wait to make it! :D

Midge....Your going to make it??? The heart cutie bag?? wow~ :rolleyes: You must have a special stitch machine. I've looked at those..they are darling but so expensive... :p

Thank you all for your input. I headed to Petsmart, due to the fact our Target won't be open until the end of next month. I put Maggie into the purse carrier. As I was zipping up one side, she was coming out the other. :eek: I would no more get her back inside and zipped, as she was reversing and coming out the other side. :p Will have to work on some zipper fasteners. I'm sure it will work, even if I have to duct tape it shut. :D

This is the one I was going to tell you about. I have 2 carriers but am going to get the black one to add to my collection....sssssshhhhhh don't tell my husband

I am going to try to make it similar to that. It won't look exactly the same. I am going to do my best. If it turns out horrible, than I'll just buy one! LOL

When I pull a stunt like that on my husband, I just tell him I've had it forever. Don't you remember, you bought it for my birthday. Works everytime. Then the next item, will be for your anniverasary. Just keep shifting the holidays, and soon you will have the entire Petsmart in your home.

I got Katia a custom made pink one with her name on it for 20 bucks. I don't know how to post pics on this board to show it to you. I got it from brlanewishes.com. If someone can tell me how to post pics here I will show it to you.

When you reply to a post, scroll down to where it says "Manage Attachments". If you have pictures already on your computer, then it's easy. After you click Manage Attachments, another window will appear that shows some slots and beside the slots says "Browse" click on Browse, choose your picture you want to add to your post. Click Upload and it will transfer the picture to your post. Final step is to click Submit Message.

I really like this bag too. Does anyone on here have this one? I am wondering if the Holes are big enough on he ends? I think it is red more than pink. I like it because I could but other things in it and not have to carry my purse too. What do you all think??
