Did someone say she apparently had to have her arm amputated after the 'crash'? I was looking at some of her past posts and found some pictures she had taken of one of her pups..maybe the one in question i can't remember...anyway..in one picture she was holding the pup in her left hand and had managed to take the picure with the other? :confused:

I don't know much about this 'Joy' but if all is true she sounds like a pretty sad mixed up individual!:eek:

Yes, that is what she said (about herself) - sick, isn't it? :rolleyes:

Anyway, it wasn't actually true...no arms of hers were ever amputated. Man, she sure did mess with alot of peoples heads :p She got everyone here TOTALLY confused! :rolleyes: :thumbdown

PANAMA69, I'm so sorry you are going through this.....to find you have been taken advantage of and not being able to resolve this has to be incredibly frustrating and upsetting for you...

I have a feeling that the police are not going to much for you at this point their probably going to tell you it's a civil matter and you have to take her to court....when I had to take some one to court I had to file it in the state where the incident occurred, not where I lived, which would probably be where she lives...if your in two different states this is going to be difficult for you, you also have to find her to serve her with the court papers, then she has to show up, after you have numerous postponements, if she doesn't show you win...but that's a whole other story...winning a case is only part of the process.... collecting is a whole other matter....

I hope you get some satisfaction from this soon and it doesn't have to come to going to court....Good luck....

I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but if anyone knows her REAL first and last name, or the names of any of her relatives (nana, and her sister), please PM them to me. I work for a company that sells a program that allows you to basically search for anyone (as long as they've filed a change or address and pay a phone bill). Sometimes you get luck and all the info is correct, sometimes you're just not able to locate the person, but it's definately worth a shot!

I just thought of something. Maybe everyone who has information on what Panama should do (legally) should send it to her privately in a PM? And the ONLY reason I say this is because just about everyone here who knows "Joy" - knows good and well that she is sitting over there (where ever she may be :rolleyes:) reading this board and every single word of what we type (HI JOY!!!! :wavey:) - LOL.

If she knows that certain things are going to be done - or that someone is going to come looking for her (or whatever) she isn't stupid - she is going to pack up and RUN.

Just a thought.

She did the same thing to me one time. We did a trade and i sent her a few items, a dog raincoat, the dumbo costume and a kong and she was supposed to send me this bag i picked off some website where she had things for sale. Well guess what?? She never sent me that bag and when i asked her about it she said it probably got lost in the mail and that she never had anything get lost in the mail and the whole time she thought i had it. Yea right, im not stupid but i just let it go cuz i figured it wasn't such a big deal anywhere and no reason to fuss about it. I think that she just used her dogs to get attention cause she didn't get attention herself. That's what it seemed like, and to me that's why she made herself out to be 'wonder woman' doing the impossible, cause maybe in reality she doesn't have such a nice life

I made her some dresses.. well like 4 things as a trade for this necklace she was selling.

Well, she never sent me the necklace and she sold a few things I made her, so after that I kind of lost respect for her.

I am sorry this happened to you. It amazes me people feel they can do something like this and not worry about the consequences. I would be so angry I wouldn't care how difficult it was or how much it cost me, I would do whatever it takes to make her pay. She might be a nut job but I would show her a brand new kind of crazy.

A guy stole $140 from my sister on ebay and disappeared. She waited too long to report him and she was going to let him get away with it. He!! no, I got it back for her. I had even less to go on than you do.
