I'm so excited. here is the link to Maddie's story in the paper. I'ts hard to tell on line, but its much better in the paper. It took up the whole page (except) for a few things along the sides. Nice big pictures. He told the story well. (except left out my yorkietalk part....grrrr) Of course Lauryn was mad (not really) she got her head chopped off in the pics...lol

They had a little pic on the front page of maddie's face that says Maddie's Miracle...A lost dog, a dream and a good samaritan come together in this heart-warming story

I am going to check it out now. This thread alone brought tears to my eyes again. This entire story is such a miracle.

Okay crying again!!! What a great story....Lewis looks so kind. Im at work and have to stop talking about it cuz all I do is cry, and the people I work with think I need counseling. :p

Those are FANTASTIC pics of Lewis and Maddie and your girls and Maddie. I also LOVE the "teaser line" they put you posted about, sounded PERFECT.
I wish you much happiness for many years with sweet Maddie, glad she is home!!!
I emailed the link to many of my friends and family that I had told the story to back in June.... I love this kind of follow up for them, they will be soooo happy for you as well.

P.s. I read in another post someone recommened when you get to do Oprah :) you request the audience be filled with Yters.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea & would LOVE to be there... if she wants an emotional show that is SURE to touch her viewers... an audience full of bawling members and this AMAZING story is sure to do the trick. With her LOVE of amimals I can't see her NOT wanting to do this story... check it out !!!!

Densise, what a GREAT article. I guess I will be teary eyed all day!

I hope that you take this one step further and either write the book yourself or have a ghost writer help you write Maddie's story. I want about 6 copies. If nothing more, what a fantastic children's picture book WITH REAL PICS of Maddie. Kids need to know that GOOD wins over evil.

Oh, Denise, what a sweet sweet article they did :) It made me cry once again, but all happy tears :) In every picture there is so much HAPPY...you holding Maddie, the girls and Maddie, and then Lewis and Sasha..everyone seems to be doing great! Thank you for posting this, Denise...it made my day :)

what a blessing...

i think oprah, dr phil, ellen, tyra banks...surely someone would feature it :) and the whole audience could be yt members :) sounds good to me :)

Oh My Gosh............that is so beautiful! Normally I am crying over horrible abusive dog stories in the paper and this time I am crying over this wonderful story of a miracle. I think they did a fantastic job....with so little space the paper can never get everything you want in there BUT they did get the most important part.....it was clear with the mention of the Bible that all the Glory goes to our wonderful God. The pictures are absolutely stunning!! Thank you for continuing to share this miracle with everyone. and Jill, I had a long day at work on Sunday and I could not help thinking all day about you and Sasha and your selfless act....God will not let that go unnoticed .... besides Lewis you are our hero here on YT!
