Your baby is just adorable!!! Beau's tail is a little longer than most but it is still docked so my boyfriend makes fun of him...I don't think I'm allowed to tell you what he calls it  Either way, there is NO wrong way for a yorkie!! They are all precious!!! |
We have one that's very short as well, but to tell the truth, I kind of prefer it to the longer docked tail. It just looks cuter. |
If it's any consolation my late Nikki had her tail docked, it wasn't short but she chose to wag her whole behind when she was happy. We thought it was so cute, it was just her way of expressing happiness. Maybe your precious (she is a doll) will also do the same. It doesn't matter if it's the tail or the behind that :) wags as along as she is demonstrating happiness. Hope this helps. |

Thanks everyone! I do love her tail or not! I probably would have chosen not to have her tail docked, but since it was done at 4 days old, I didn't have a choice. I wasn't even planning on getting another dog. I already have a maltese and a maltipoo. I was taking them to the groomer and there was Delilah and two siblings up for sale by one of my groomers' other clients. She was so cute, I could not live with myself if I passed her up! Now we are a family of 4 with 3 dogs, 2 parrots, and 3 fish! I feel like I live in a zoo sometimes, but I love it!!:woof: |
Awww... don't worry about it. You can see my girls' tails, but they still wiggle their rears! |
Delilah is too cute! Her little personality just shines in your pictures:) |
Who needs a tail w/a face like hers.............she is beautiful!!!!! |
