![]() I have a cairn mixed with chinese crested and I think he is the greatest little monster ever (other than my yorkie and my other mutt) I deal with a few at work (im a groomer) and they seem to be really good little dogs. But I dont know much about them. ![]()

ref cairn Hi, I have a cairn terrier (terror) she's great, they are independent , but great little pals, I find she tends to make her own mind up, if she wants to come to you when you call her, she always seems to look over her shoulder first to see if any thing betters on offer LOL,but great characters, gets on great with my little yorkie, and they have very human characteristics, beware though if you love your garden they do like to dig, and plant pots too!!, pinching bulbs out of the garden you have just planted, chasing hose pipes, birds, squirrels etc, wouldn't swap her for the world, she makes you laugh, great fun. ![]()

![]() I had a Cairn terrier many years ago. She was the best dog I ever had. Very obedient, loving, gentle, and easy to train. She was a great hunter of little rodents! ![]()

![]() One of my friends have 2 of them. They are really good dogs. The only thing about them that I don't like is that you have to strip them every 6 months when their undercoat is coming out. It always look like as if she was plucking her dog ![]()

![]() My family just lost our Cairn of 10 years. He was, by far the sweetes and most loyal babe I've ever had. He didn't show the "terrier" aspect of his name toward his people, but he was an amazing watchdog. Oh, now I'm crying just thinking about it.

| ![]() My mother had one and she was the sweetest dog I've ever seen. Although her neighbor had one and it was nippy. I guess all dogs are different. They are cute dogs though!

![]() Hi I have a cairn called flynn he is in my mind a real old soul loves people and children but isnt a lap dog and does have a mind of his own. I love him to bits but he isnt coping with the new arrival of my baby yorkie.I dont have him stripped because of his personality I didnt think he would cope so he gets groomed. ![]() ![]()
