What other breeds does everyone have?
 
Hi! I'm just curious to see what other breeds of dogs everyone has. Besides my Yorkie, Oscar, I also have a Norwegian Elkhound cross named Leo (he was a rescue). Yesterday I brought home a wonderful little apricot poodle puppy. I think I'm going to name him Bingley (if there are any Jane Austen fans out there--you'll recognize the name) I'll try to post some pictures. Everyone else please post pictures too! I know this is a Yorkie forum, but many of us are in love with some other doggies as well! :D

Well I have Panzer, he's my Yorkie of course, My new puppy who is a Mi-Ki, and Rembrant and Rosie who are Shelties, They herd my small dogs at night and bring them inside.

I have Mojo, my yorkie, and Minnie, she is a 2 1/2 months yellow labrador puppy. And my bf also has Rocky, a 6 month old pit!

We now have Scooter & Cheyenne (yorkies), Sugar & Max (schnauzers), Tiger (13 yr old cat), and my son just rescued a kitten that we have not named yet.

I have Roxy, my Yorkie; Indy, my Australian Shepherd; and Libby, my mom's Scottish Terrier.

The Australian Shepherd is the gentle mommy with the new "baby", and the Scottie always wants to play with her!

I have Sammi (Yorkie), Kasey who is my mom's maltese and Storm who is my sisters rescue pit mix...All living in the same house...My sister lives in her own apt in the house though... :)

Oh...I know a breeder who breeds Mi-Ki. I think after I get my other two yorkies(well hopefully) I will get one of them. They are so adorable...Here is a website of her Mi-Ki's.

Well anyway...I have Jeremiah( spoiled yorkie baby) and Jane is my poodle/schnauzer mixed (she is more spoiled than me). I like all mixed breeds...they are so cute...Plus a owner can experience both sides of two breeds or a series of breeds in one adorable dog. :p...I think thats a good package.

We have Buddy, a 10 year old male German Shepherd-Great Dane mix who is a total cuddlebug, and Alaska an Australian Shepherd female 2 year old who is hyper, feisty, bossy and quick! And of course our baby, Rusty, Yorkie 6.5 months old.

We have Trevor, our yorkie, a 12 yo daschund and a 2 yo rat terrier.

Ingallsra, I used to raise and show Norwegian Elkhounds. They are great dogs but didn't like all the hair in the house, so I eventually got out of the breed. My DH adores daschunds, so we've had 3 at one time and are down to our one old lady. She of course is at the top of the pecking order, with Trevor second and our poor rat terrier at the bottom. But she's a great play mate to Trevor and really took him under her wing when we brought him home at 8 weeks. I think that's why we had such great success in getting him housebroken, as she taught him how to go out the doggie door and he never had accidents in the house.

Besides for my yorkie i have a mutt named Rusty. we got him from the pound almost 7 years ago. he is a mix of choc. lab irish setter, afghan, and about a million other things. he is my best friend and i'd do anything for him. i also have 2 cats muffin and smokey. they were both rescues we got muffin from our family friend who found her on a farm when she was a few weeks old 9 years ago. then we got smokey who had been wild and his mom abandoned him and his litter so a nice lady took them in. and we have a black bear hamster named noel. and also a turtle named scooter who i got from my friend nd last but not least a bunch of fish.

Other than Preslee my yorkie I have Memphis who is a chinese crested cairn terrier mix and my boyfriend has Recon who is a springer spaniel black lab mix.

I had my beloved pug, Pike, for 6 years until last December. Although they never lived together, Pike was 28 lbs, and would probably have been scared of Chewy - all 2lbs of him!!! He was a scaredy cat. I've posted a couple of pics. He was my first baby, I even had him before I had my son.

I just have 1 yorkie, by baby boy Tiny.. Mi-Ki's seems so cool I never heard of them until this post. i'm looking for a second pup, I was thinking of another yorkie or a maltese or morkie yorktese but since seeing the Mi-Ki, I want one too. = )

Besides my yorkies I have a half of a Jack Rusell (Biddy is 1/2 Jack and is like she has split personalities!! Sometime she acts like a Yorkie, sometimes she acts like a Jack!!). I also have 4 fish.

Growing up my parents has a Border Terrier, Dylan and my brother had an English Bulldog, Bono (he's a big U2 fan)...

We have Oscar our 8 yer old Dachshund, Max our 5 year old Black Lab,
Lucy our sons Chocolate Lab who is 3 and Teddy who is my 6 month old
Yorkie.

We also have 2 cats Snickers who is 9 and Mickey who is 5

I have a Maltese named Tuffy.. he's 18 months old. :) The first picture is Tuffy in his long coat.. he mats really easily so he doesn't get long too often. The 2nd picture is between hair cuts and the 3rd picture is his super short summer hair cut.

Tatum (Yorkie) had been our only fur-child until we finally moved into our new house (in the country). Now we have two new kittens, Patches and Tessa, and this weekend our baby Australian Shepherd comes home! My husband is just beside himself with anticipation. He's been wanting his own "big dog" for so long and now can finally have a place for it. It's amazing though what a great daddy he's been to Tatum and to our first dog, Dax (poodle). He just has always wanted an outdoor dog to work cattle with him and all those other macho things. ;) We have yet to decide on a name for her but will have it pinned down hopefully by Sunday when we get her. My husband likes "Bandit" (which I keep telling him is a BOY's name) and I like Zoey. We'll see....
