Is it to good to be true???? 1 Attachment(s) I just found this perfect 3lb full reg Adult AKC boy , raised as a pet for $1000 & he is drop dead gorgeous. I want him...... Pic is tiny sorry. |
I don't know if it is too good to be true. How old is he, and why are they rehoming him? he certainly is beautiful!:animal36 |
I dont think its to good to be true. Ive seen them go for cheaper. Hes adorable. Id go check him out. |
He almost looks like a stuffed toy! I wonder why they are rehoming him! He's cute. |
This is his ad Alex is our wonderful 3lb Black/Gold Yorkie stud, he is proven, and had sired 2 litters for us already. He especially produce wonderful tiny babies with baby doll face!! Alex is AKC register, and has 21 Champions in his 6 generation pedigree. We are downsize our adults, therefore, this wonderful boy is available to approved small breeder. Alex has a very cute baby doll face with short muzzle, and he has a very short square body with short legs. Alex is very socialized with children and other animals, and he is raised under a home enviornment with full of love, care, and attention everyday. We never crate our dogs, and they are all used to stay in the puppy play pans where they can also go on the wee-wee pads for potty. Alex loves to play with balls, and he loves to go out for a walk with us. He is full of energy and is extremely curious!! Alex will definately be a wonderful stud or an excellent pet!! He is priced for $800 as a pet (Neuter fee is include in the price, and the he will be neutered before leaving us), or $1000 for full breeding rights!! Please feel free to contact us with any question you have. Sounds ligit to me. I emailed her & she said she had several emails & I was the only one who offered info of my family & living arrangements & she would like to see me get him because everyone else has just asked about his breeding performance & pedigree. So what do you all think. I wanted to fly to get him but its $1500 round trip, so I will have to have him shipped which I hate but she assured me its temp controlled on continental airlines. Do you see any red flags? She didnt have a website. She is verified a few times on paypal. |
Gee,I would go for it! He is so cute! |
Was the ad in the paper or on the internet? I would not trust sending my money anywhere. I would have to meet and see the dog and people first. JMO |
Check if she is a listed breeder of the YTCA, and if she has references and paper work. |
I would want to check out the dog in person, but he sure is beautiful and sounds great. I would definitely check out the breeder first. |
Not to go off topic, But almost everyone that posted on your thread is from Ohio. lol |

Hi, he's beautiful..........:D I hope this works out for you. Do you have anymore pictures? With so many scammers out there things like this are so scary. Could you maybe ask the breeder to send additional pictures and also tell her to maybe write your name on a piece of paper and put it by the baby boy and snap a picture. I'd say a pop can but too many of those pictures are out there and easy to copy. I think if she's willing to answer all your questions and do things like this, then atleast you know the dog does exist. As for sending the money and not seeing the dog in person. Just be very careful, which I'm sure you know already.;) Good Luck to you and just incase you don't know. Never ever send Western Union. Hope you get him!!! |
He sure is pretty. I'd definitely thoroughly check the breeder out, and idealy I'd meet them in person to pick up the dog. I hope it works out for you:) |
