Book on dog parenting?? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Have any of you heard of the book called "Dog Parenting:How to Have an Outrageously Happy Well- Adjusted Canine"? I just got it from the library Friday, I thought it would be a good thing to get a few more puppy books in as we are expecting Jeter to be born this upcoming week. It is not a puppy training book, its more of a book letting you NOT feel guilty for spoiling your dog and treating it as if it just like a child in your family.

It's a got cute chapter titles such as Chapter 2: Giving your dog lots of toy's. Chapter 8: Celebrating your dog'd birthday and other holidays, Chapter 14: Letting your dog call the shots once in a while,Chapter 15 is called Grooming your dog and dressing it well. Just to name a few. So far what I have read it is a book I want to buy now! I already know that I am going to spoil Jeter rotten so it was neat to find this book about how to be a dog parent! It expresses that good behavior needs to be tought also like knowing the word no, but still letting you spoil in the good way! I thought I would share my pleasant find with you guy's because a lot of you might enjoy reading it also.

Sounds like a really good book. I'll be checking it out at the library.
