I stopped into Wal~Mart to get some puppy pads for Mr. Sam and guess what is still on the shelf???

So I made the manager remove all of them and informed him if I came back and they were back on the shelf that we are going to call the DM together!!!! :mad:

All the toys in a package like that are bad? I even had one of those green monsters (it got run over by the lawn mower, thank goodness) But, I still do have some of those squeaky toys that came in packs like that. I guess I should toss them!

I called my Wal-Mart yesterday about the recall on the green monster. They said they haven't been contacted about a recall. And until they do they will not remove them. Taffy loves the green monster we had 2 of them here and 3 of the dinasour. We need to contact our government and tell them we don''t need China s--t anymore there are people here that need jobs.......

I'm kinda not surprised that they still had it up since someone posted a story on how Wal-mart is fighting these findings, but I'm glad you got them to take them down! It's better to be safe than sorry, but from what I know about wal-mart, they care more about $$ then even people!

They only tested the one toy, so I would say that ALL of the toys from that line are tainted. I have removed all of them from my dogs' toys. Am I remembering right that there is some kind of test kit for lead that people could use to test their own household items? If so we could test some of the other figures in this line. I haven't done it yet, but I am going to take my figures back to the local Wal-mart with the article and demand they be taken off the shelf and also a refund.

I am going back to our WalMart today. I went there last night and returned our toys that we had gotten for our furbabies bday party. The green and yellow monster along with other plush toys made in china. I told the lady at the service desk. I went to the toy section and the monsters and hedgehog had not been removed. I am printing out the article today and taking it into walmart.

at our walmart too i seen this the other day i actually check for that reason.

I went to my walmart around 8pm tonight to get some blank cd-r .. and of course i went to the dog section and they still had them up and i told the guy working in that dept he needs to remove them there is a recall. he said i havent heard anything about it. i said cause walmart hasnt went public with it. but its a recall .. remove it before another dog dies. but he didnt he said he would talk to his manager.

grrrrrr. stupid employees

i informed them in windsor california but she juist told me she cant do anything because of the list. she doesnt have one :eek: :eek:

I refuse to put a foot in that store since i just hate the way they treat their employees. My children are grown and married so I don't buy that much and it's no big deal for me and I understand others who shop there.

This does not surprise me at all, look how long it took to get the dog food off the shelf if they ever did. I applaud you all for alerting these people to a problem that management would never in case they lost a few $$.
