Our little boy is home! 2 Attachment(s) Leo got to come home on Thursday. :) I can not tell you how excited I was to finally go and bring him home. After all our waiting and planning he was finally coming home. We adopted a male yorkie from Debbie (Tigger36792). At the time that we put a deposit on Leo, he was only 5 weeks old. Originally, Leo was not suppose to come home until he was 10 weeks. But, Debbie decided that he was doing good and could come home at 9 weeks. I decided not to tell my kids that he might come home early. Just incase he didn't get to come home. While the kids were at school, my DH and I went and got Leo. When the kids came home from school he was in his bed (crate). At first nobody noticed him. Then he whimpered and all the kids ran over to his bed. They were all so shocked... it was such a great surprise! |

:exclaim: Leo looks like he's in love with the kids...this is turning out to be a fairy book ending. He's seems to fit right in, the little love bug. Mr Personality...has won them over... Can't wait to watch him grow up here on YT...Deb has done a fine job raising him to be the lovable little fellow that he is. I think maybe Leo knows what a lucky pup he is to have found a wonderful, forever home and a fabulous loving family to call his own. CONGRATULATIONS!!! |

Labor Day Leo pics! 2 Attachment(s) Here's our boy on the holiday....notice the bow! Leo has been home for 4 days. We are surprised how quickly he is settling in. Tonight he even went into his crate and laid down for the night without any prompting! He is adjusting great and we couldn't be happier :smile: |

Leo is sooo adorable. Can't believe that is the same kissing fool that was making out with me my entire lunch break..hehe..I am a good friend of Deb's and on my lunch break when the pups were really little I went over there one day to see the pups. Boy Leo was the kissing fool of the group, trying to kiss me constantly. I LOVED IT and totally fell in love with him. He is so lucky to have you all from what I've heard from Debbie and you guys are lucky to have such a sweet pup :p |

Leo is 11 weeks already 2 Attachment(s) Leo is now eleven weeks. He is the sweetest puppy! We are so amazed by him and all that he does. We are greatful to Debbie for raising/breeding such a great dog and for allowing us the privilege of being his forever home. After being home for a little more then a week, Leo started sleeping through the night! :thumbup: I am so very happy about this, because I was sleeping on the sofa in the family room. My DH is very happy to have me return to our bed.;) One of Leo's favorite things to do is 'treasure hunt' in the kitchen. He has learning that if my 4 kids are in the kitchen... then there will soon be food on the floor. He spends lots of time in the kitchen looking for all the goodies! His other favorite thing to do is "attack" JC (my oldest DS). Every night after the younger kids go to bed, Leo and JC go into the loft and play. JC will lay on the floor facing Leo and wait for Leo to "attack" him. Leo will run really fast across the floor and jump all over him. Then Leo will start to growl... It is adorable! I am still working on potty training. He was doing really good last week. Then on Monday, I moved his pee pad, (Which I now know was really a stupid thing to do so soon) so he was just peeing anywhere.:eek: I moved the pee pad back and we are on track again.:thumbup: ~Cindy |

Leo and I walk everyday to pick up Katie. Actually, I walk and Leo gets carried. Everday Katie bring a "New Friend" over to see the dog. Leo get so excited to see them. I had 4 different parents stop me today to tell me how cute he was. Then they started asking: What kind of a dog, how big will he get, does he shed, where did we purchase him? I might have to start carrying your business card with me. (lol) |
