Thing is though you might possibly find that a young pup won't sleep well if you don't feed them close to bedtime. |
My 2 guys get up between 5:30-6:30 am Outside for a pee and a poop then breakfast then either snuggle back into bed with Dad or hangout with me in the Office while I check emails Around 9am we go for a walk -- often quite long (c. 1 1/2 hours) outside for peebreaks during the day -Cora has her afternoon poop around 4pm light dinner at 6pm -Rupert has his late poop right around dinner time Training (with treats) around 8 fall asleep on the couch (Cora) or chase balls with Dad (Rupert) until 9:30 9:30-10pm - final pee then off to bed. |
OK, things have been better (knock on wood)! For the past (almost) week Uno will go outside with me at 7:00am-7:15 and he pees AND poops in the morning...I set him up with a schedule so that he eats after he comes inside at 7:15-7:20, and then he is usually good until about 10-11 and we go outside again. Usually he poos again around this time. Then, he usually doesn't poo until between 6 and 9....I bought the tablets to make him not eat his poop anymore. I'm just happy that this schedule is starting to show positive results! Usually he poops 3 times a day with an occasional 4th poop, and I heard that if there is more than 3 they are being over fed. . . Hm. Anyway, just wanted to share my joy:D lol |
