If the dogs were taken by animal control I think they would be listed on the sites and I checked and the only puppies were in Bakersfield.

are you looking for bebe too. I think she will be harder to find because she was a puppy, puppies their looks so fast,

You would hope so and I shudder to even think about it, but my husband and I had this same discussion...I have had Winston for 3 years...in a full coat...if he had been missing for 2 months, and possibly shaved or not groomed every 2 weeks as he is now, would I recognize him??? My hubby said "maybe not, but he would sure recognize us".
My goodness I have a hard time recognizing him when I bathe him, when he's wet...he looks nothing like himself. His coat is really fluffy, so it makes him look bigger then he really is...so when he wet...he's all ears and legs...it truly is an amazing transformation. We even discussed getting him tattooed...really.

According to all versions of the story to date, any dogs that could have been taken by animal control, if any were taken at all, would have been adult dogs and not puppies.

I was told by animal control and the police department that any dog taken by animal control woul be scanned. Maureen told me that her dog and at least one, if not both, of the other missing dogs had chips in them. So, if any dogs were picked up at grandmas that had been missing, I am sure their owners would have been notified or will be notified.

I remember your Mickey being so ill...and I remember supporting you through it, and how very difficult it was. I would never wish anything upon your babies...or any one Else's for that matter.
