Glad to know your okay as well as Izzy!! Could have been worse if you had been home and if all they took was a camera..whew!!!!! Great landlord to spring for alarm systems for you too!!! Now Izzy will have his own alarm system ready when your gone...And ya know!!!! Those were some dumb robbers who did not even know the most valuable item in your home was Izzy !!!:) Thank God for that!!!!:D

My home was broken into once and my personal items were handled. It gives you just the creepiest feeling. Knowing that Izzy was there during it just makes it that much worse!! But your landlord sounds like a gem. So you have two blessings in the midst of a bad situation. :angel2:

A thought about Izzy. Have you felt his body all over, very carefully to make sure they didn't kick him?

Oh my gosh, how scary! I am happy that at least no one was hurt and that you still have your baby, materials things can be replaced!

LOL...no just pics of Izzy. But they will be pissed when they find out they took the camera without no charger.:p

:thumbup: :thumbup: Im glad you and someone else suggested this. I didnt think about it. I checked him out earlier. He seems to be fine. No bruises or broken bones. I have him a little massage earlier to help ease his nerves. I think he's still scared. When I go downstairs in the basement he gets scared and he never did that.

Thanks again for all of your suggestions and concerns. I really appreciate it! :) I am definitely looking for a new place this weekend.

:thumbup: So true! I almost wished they took a TV, DVD player or something to make it worth their while. All of that mess and drama for a camera!!!

My house was broken into in 2005 by the neighborhood delinquent, while I was at work. He lives next door to my across the street neighbor, so could watch my house. I have an alarm system but that didn't stop him. He took some cash I had on a dresser. Emmy was in her crate, and he didn't bother her. It was hard for her to have to stay in the crate while the police collected evidence. It's a shame to not feel safe in your own home. He gets out of jail in a couple of weeks.

Many years ago we had a burglary and I recall the violation that you are feeling. It\'s tough to explain, but it\'s something you never forget. I\'m so glad that Izzy wasn\'t hurt or taken.
