Burping Yorkies!! Does anyone else have yorkies that burp all the time?? We have notice that Magic seems to burp all the time, about 10 - 15 times a day somedays...is this a sign of anything, or anything I should worry about??? |
Usually after Sammi drinks water and eats dinner she burps...And its as LOUD as a truck driver... |
Missy & Max dont burp all the time, only on occasion and usually after drinking lots of water :D |
This is so funny! Sully has burped once or twice, I think, but nothing I notice to be common, or threatening even, lol. When I 1st read this thread, I thought it asked if WE burp our yorkies, like burping a baby! I laughed at the thought of putting your yorkie over your shoulder and burping him/her. HAHAHAHA!!!! |

Linus sounds like a man when he burps. It's so loud I blame his daddy sometimes. And he does it ALL THE TIME. His favorite thing to do in the morning is to crawl up on you, get in your face, and give you a nice, stinky, loud burp to wake up to. He's the gassiest thing that I have ever seen. He gets the toots a lot too! |
I have only noticed Mia burping sometimes when she comes to bed. She tends to eat right before bedtime..usually as we are getting ready for bed. We turn out the lights, get all settled in and Mia hops up in the bed. It's so nice and quite and suddenly "BURP" we just burst out laughing when she does it. |

I've never really noticed Pixie burping.. it's pretty rare. But Tuffy burps all the time.. and it cracks me up every time too. I'm easily entertained. :yelrotflm |
toby burps all the time and its the oddest noise doesnt really sound like a burp but it sure makes us laugh. |
BeanSprout burps after each meal..... It is louder than my husbands, you know the one who does not like dogs ;) Well, we both laugh at the burps. Finally! Somethingpositive :D |

My Yorkies don't usually burp. Riley does once and awhile, but it's really quiet. But, I used to have a Basset Hound named Charlie who burped ALL THE TIME and really loud! LOL :D |
Cookie burps after she eats or drinks...everytime! The funniest part is, is that she wants to share it with us :p . She'll drink water and then come give us attention and give kisses...that's when she lets it fly :eek: . It is actually hilarious :D . I think it's so funny to hear that everyone else's Yorkies burp too! |

Woody has always scarfed down his food and then let out a burp a few minutes later. I was astonished the first time I heard Bo burp. I couldn't believe I had two burping dogs! I blamed it on my hubby of course, hehe! |

I've never noticed Asia burping, but I have smelled the other. It's not to bad. :rolleyes: What I have noticed and I did not know dogs did this. Is that Asia gets hiccups all the time. Her whole body just shakes with each one. It's kind of cute. |
