Whose yorkies are licensed? I know that all dogs are supposed to be licensed in the city they live in (at least they are where I live), but neither Wesley or Maddie are licensed. I keep telling myself that I should get them licensed, but I haven't gotten around to it. I've also had cats growing up and we never licensed them. Who here has bought licenses for their yorkies (or other animals)? Am I the only one who hasn't? |
nope i havent either!! our not alone  |
i dont even know what that means so nope mine arent i didnt even know you were supposed to do that? |
no license here! i hear its even more if they arent fixed too.. eeekk!! |
All of mine are. Here it is 3.00 more or a total of 21.50 per unspayed or un neutered animal. I'd rather be safe than sorry and get a fine, plus I know that if an animal that is unregistered gets picked up by AC they will NOT be returned to you unless you have or will get their registration. Pretty scary stuff! |
I had to get Roxie licensed. In my city you must resister your animal in order to receive your rabies tag, otherwise you will only have the rabies paper certificate. I didn't want to risk Roxie not having her tag. |
Gracie is licensed, micro chipped and has her AKC registry/locator tag as well. |
Both of our boyz are licensed with the city...it has to be renewed with their rabies shot. If I remember correctly, the price is determined by whether it's a 3 year shot or a 1 year shot and also by whether or not your pet is spayed or neutered. |
for some reason one of my babies IS licensed in NYC (Friday) but I never did get around to getting a license for Monday ... Just another way for the mayor of NYC to get money from us. Since his "congestion" pricing did not get passed. I bet he will raise the price on the dog licenses. ($8 for neutered animals, $11 for non- neutered animals) ... |
every year this paper comes in our mail telling you to up date your pet reigistry... we haven't done it yet... how do they know when we got her... so we will probably never do it you have to pay every year... |
My two are licensed. There is a fine if your dog is picked up and not licensed so I just went ahead and got them. I think it was $2 per dog. |
