| i am new at this! Hello all =] I am new at this... I am so excited to be on here finally, since all of the other attempts have been unsuccessful because I like to decide to join at the wrong time.. lol anyways, I am a little confused how this works! I have a little Yorkie, named Frankenstein, but we just call him Frankie. lol I had him pre-named on the way there as "Kobi" and.. it didnt seem to fit, like it didnt feel right...so Frankenstein somehow is what came to mind lol. He is 8 months old and I love him to death! He is slowly growing up and calming down! lol He has more energy than any other yorkie I have ever seen. I do have a question, and if there is somewhere else I need to go to find out, please let me know! A friend told me that there is a "fool proof" way to tape Yorkies ears... I am not sure if there is an age time when its supposed to be done or not...like I said, Frankie is 8 months (tomorrow! lol) and his one ear fell down a few months ago... but now his other one is starting to fall. so they are like bent over.. I really like it, but at the same time I really like the sticking up ears! So- if anyone can give me the fool proof ear taping instructions, that would be wonderul! Well, I am looking forward to chatting with you all and seeing all the other little yorkies =]

| WELCOME!!! glad you found us!!! well they tend to go up and down and they lose their baby teeth, so it is normal, also yuo can go to the groomers and have the tips shaved, this makes the ears less heavy and easier for them to hold up. Layla is 16 months and sometimes randomly one ear will go down for a few days.. lol... i have no idea why! but sorry i dont' know anything about taping so hopefully someone else can help! can we see a picture of Frankie? |

| Welcome to Yorkie Talk! You are both very handsome young men. You will love it here. There are plenty of knowledgeable Yorkie moms and dads to help you learn about this wonderful breed. Also the search bar is very helpful. And I think Frankie is a very cute name.
