I should have posted yesterday. Alycia and Omega left yesterday and met in Columbus, Ohio last night so Omega could get Skyla, aka Stormie. Omega is on her way back to Minnesota today. She'll stop here for a rest.

Alycia will continue to Nashville where today or tomorrow, shea will hand off Maya to Pepe Mint who will keep her til the 9th when she will head for Dallas.

Whew! Got that? ;) :thumbup:

Maya is in Nashville now. We just got back to my SIL's about 30 minutes ago. We are very tired and plan to spend the night here and head home tomorrow.

I have to admit, I bawled when we left my babies there. I felt like I left a piece of my soul in Nashville.

yep, we are working on having maya super spoiled by the time she gets to her home in TX :) Sedona is already rotten :) debbie can't seem to put her down LOL and Sedona is loving it! she will whine like crazy if debbie is on the couch without her LOL

so glad to be a part of this. I am really enjoying having a baby in the house. it also confirms that I am a NUT :) it's a lot of work. but it is the kind of work that I love to do.

so...if anyone else needs a pup sitter....CALL ME :D :D :D It's great having them here. and it helps me get the puppy fever out of my system for a bit :) all in all, it's great for everyone :)

So does that mean that if I wanted to get a pal for Tink, you'd potty train it for me and I could just come get it when all the hard work was done?:rolleyes: :D Ha Ha! Auntie pepe mint - You're just great!

Glad you're having fun. I'm convinced though that by the time the end of the week comes and you've had Maya for so long you'll be wanting a pup of your own! :p

So...if it's a ten hour drive to Dallas (not counting stops), then she should meet Patti by 10pm (central time) at the earliest. So, that puts Patti at my house around midnight or later. (Please correct me if I'm wrong here.)

Whoo hoo! Looks like a pajama party to me! :D

Sarah...if you want to leave Maya with us and pick her up later in the morning on Friday or Saturday morning, that's fine also. You choose, we're easy! :thumbup:

Well, the telephone wires were singing (actually the sound waves were flying between towers), but they got it all worked out. Patty will meet Mandee a little later than planned to get Maya and then drive on down toward Waco. Sarah will drive north from Austin and meet Patty somewhere north of Waco, which will save Patty some driving time out on the road with her grandchildren.

Little Maya is probably in Texas by now.

She's got her! Sarah says "Mom, she's sooooo soft and she loves to be held!" I posted this on the other thread too.

They are on their way back to Austin and Sarah and her friend are in the back seat of the car holding Maya and passing her back and forth. Her husband and his friend are in the front rolling their eyes.;) :p

Sarah said she'll get pics tomorrow and post them.

THANKS EVERYONE for helping get Maya to Sarah. She is soooo happy!
