Hey y'all. Sarah got home Thursday night. She's working out the details with DH today. We never did finalize the last leg of the trip 'cause Sarah was gone and I didn't know what she wanted to do. Thank you Patty and Judy for your offers.

She'd like to come to Dallas for the weekend if DH will go with her to make a weekend out of it.

As soon as she knows she'll either call me or post here I'm sure. Sorry it's taking so long to give you an answer.

OK we might be leaving on Saturday August 4 instead of Mon the 6th.

Here's the latest information. Depending on when the train leaves Ohio, it will arrive in Nashville the next day and then it will rest. On the 9th of August, PepeMint is driving the train to Dallas. Then, Patty58 is driving the train to Waco where Maya will meet her new mommie who is driving up from Austin.

So the big day is August 9th in Waco, Texas!

Thanks everyone who offered to help get Maya to my daughter in Texas and for the cheerleading section which can get geared up again for the last hoorah,

and for those who prayed

and I hope will continue to pray for a safe trip for the drivers and their passengers and Maya.

Yahoo! The train is gonna be on it's way pretty soon now!

YAY!! I am so excited to make this trip!! I am going to try to make it as fun for me and Ernie as possible because we won't have any of our skin kids with us so it will be like a mini vacation!! WHOOHOO!!

Okay...where's the closest train station...Ohio? Oh why can't these things ever happen in Illinois!!! Lori came oh so close to me with Patticake, but then chose a different route...Darn it.
But that's okay, I'll just sit here and lick my wounds and feel sorry for myself. Some day the YT train will come my way...I just know it.
In the mean time I'm here for you guys, to help cheer you on...all the way. And yes, I'll pray...every day, until the train reaches its final destination, and then is safely back home again.
