Great idea! Good thing she didn't jump  |
MIne is actually the wire stuff. She can't chew through it. I actually live on the first floor, but I didn't trust her not to squeeze through the bars & take off running. That's why I did it. Anyway, for those wanting to do it & worried about plastic, I used the wire (got it at Home Deopot) and zip ties. |
Thank God she didn't fall off. Otis go through my back gate because there was a gap between the fence post and the gate post. I chicken wired the heck out of any opening throughout my whole fence. I'm so glad you got that taken care of. Good Job, it looks good. |
that's a great idea!! i have a walk-around deck around my pool and it always makes me nervous when Sadie sticks her head through the posts - I'm afraid she'll see a squirrel and take off and drop 8 feet to the ground!!! |

Miss Penny ,I too had that same problem with Remy and my deck. I also used plastic mesh on the inside of the rails and just staped it to the wood rails:thumbup: Eileen |
great idea and you can also keep that turtle safe!!! **smile*** |

We are soon moving to a second story apartment with a balcony that im not afraid will FALL OFF..lol, and i was worried that if/when i put piper out there she would fall through the railings.
