Thats great news that you our taking in a special baby. I just took in a 7yr old severly abused great dane and I wouldn't trade her for the world, she is so loving (which I'm suprised) and brings me great joy.
Good luck when you get your new baby.
My daughter's yorkie is named Lily.

Congratulations! I'm sure you and the baby will be really good for each other. It's so wonderful that there are such caring people like you to give these special animals a loving home! I love the name Lily too......it sounds perfect for her!

Thank you all for your nice comments! It looks like her name is going to be Lily. That's the one I keep thinking most about. Gonna try to get some pics up in a few. I'll post them in the picture section.

Lily!! I knew it would be Lily!! From the first night you told me you liked Lily, I just felt that was right!! Didn't say anything because I wanted you to decide.

Just so you know, the vet has her as tinkerbelle Turner so when you or your vet calls for records....lol

It's funny, I just kinda kept calling her Lily, and then I realized I guess that's her name! lol

Lily is a wonderful name for a wonderful dog. I am from Medina, real near you, but moved to Florida to get away from the cold. We visit there during the fall though...I still love the season change. Congrats again and best wishes with Lily.
