We took Cody in for his distemper booster today and SURPRISE! the vet who sold him to us said he was 7 weeks on June 1, but our vet today said he already has adult teeth coming in! He was officially written down as 12 weeks old, but she said he could be as much as 14 weeks... and he only weighed in at 2.2 lbs... tiny little guy

he did pretty well for the vet today, but boy, does he react violently to shots!

Wow, how did that happen? Have you contacted your breeder?

he was a rescue pup- the original vet was just guessing on his age

yup! His birthday is April 4, 2007 :-) Which is funny because our old Labrador, Biff, (who went to sleep November 28, 2005 at 13 years of age) was born on April 1

I just added that up and it still looks like 11 weeks to me... I guess not April 4? lol... I'll have to look over that again

Is there any way to contact the woman who bred him? It seems like she'd know for sure how old he is.
