Worried Mommy On the Loose
 
Jeremiah is getting neutered tomorrow. I am worried about him. I guess because he is smaller than Jane when she was a puppy.I really want get this over with. Was worried when I made the appointment. The lady I was talking noticed and said that I could take him in at 7:00am and get him back at 3:00pm. At first I was worried because when Jane was neutered she stayed over night.

Is it healthy for a yorkie or animal period to stay for that short amount of time?

I dropped Sammi off at 9:30am and picked her up at 5:30pm...I didnt want her to stay overnight...Especially if there was no vet tech with her...

I think it is fine he is going in at 7 and out at 3pm...He will probably still under the anethesia, like Sammi was...But she was under more because she had her hernia repaired at the same time

She is now 18months old...I had her spayed @ 8months old she was 5lbs

He adores older women! He has two female friends named Zoey and Cocoa. But I sure he likes Sammi more. Because when he saw Sammi's picture on your avatar. He put his paw to the screen and then look back at me. To me I think its puppy love. ;)

I also refused to let Sydney stay overnight. I dropped her off at 8:30 and picked her up at 5:30. She was very out-of-it for the rest of the night and she was dry-heaving from the drugs, but I feel that she was better off sleeping in her own bed. I understand that it is less-invasive surgery on male dogs, so I think that you should be fine. Most of us on here took their dogs home the same day.

Oh, I thought people knew. Charlie went to live with my stepbrother in his condo/apartment about 2 hours away from me. He was a basset hound and he shed a lot and smelled funny so my mom wouldn't let him out of the dining room. He didn't have room to run and he was too big to play with Riley. He seemed depressed and not happy. It was really hard to make the decision (I am tearing up right now just talking about it) but I knew that Charlie would be happier with my stepbrother and the run of his house. And I made the right decision. Jake walks Charlie every day and they spend a lot of time together. Charlie's happy, and knowing that, I'm happy. Thanks for asking about him.

Thanks for the compliment on my Yorkies. They are the loves of my life and I don't know what I would do without them.

Aaaww! I am gonna miss him. He reminded me of my childhood dog,Snoop. He was a beagle and he and Charlie look alike.
