Addie is beautiful!!..If a person knows what a yorkie looks like they would have to be a complete idiot to think she wasn't a yorkie!!...It's a darn shame that our society is so obsessed w/ the attitude that the smaller & skinnier something is the better & cuter it is...it used to be only applied to people but now that attitude has funneled down to our pets....if anything is normal sized it's now considered HUGE...what a shame..... |

I think she is adorable, beautiful, precious! Whether they are 2 pounds or 10 pounds, they are all precious beyond words! And anyone who comments otherwise is being vicious for their own satisfaction. |

Those people are just ignorant! Your little girl is a doll! I would ignore comments like that unless you want to explain the standard size of the breed to all that second guess his blood-line. Seems like there is a post everyday of people who have their furbabies criticized by strangers....it almost makes you want to carry the registration certificate with you on your key chain as proof! :p LOL :D People are too careless with their words these days...I don't understand why an adult can't bite his or her tongue instead of blurting out unwanted opinions. |

your baby is beautiful.:) i have 3 babies- 10lbs., 5lbs, and 4 1/4lbs. do not let what others say worry you- they don't have anything better to do but talk. i was at friends house for the weekend- and with 17 yorkies in the house, they ranged from 2lbs to 10lbs.-:aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork it's like a box of cherries- you never know what you'll get. :D |

She is a keeper if you love her all the matters. Don't let ppl tell you any different. Pssst Minnie was suppost to be 4lbs she is 6lb and I'm not even thinking of trading her in on a new model. |
Your little girl is beautiful and certainly within standards. Why it is so important to have a tiny is beyond me. People just don't know what the hell they are talking about half the time. Go to those meetings and have a good time. Your Yorkie is just perfect in every way. I wish we lived closer! I'd go with you to the next meeting and we could introduce my Buddy to her and see what she has to say. He's 15.5lbs and all muscle and all yorkie. He' not a tank but he's built like one:p |
I think she is very very cute! my female Daisy is 5 pounds and everyone thinks she is tiny. My male only being a pound biger and everyone thinks he is big??? |
She's perfect and beautiful for sure. When I took my guy...all 11.5 lbs. of him to the vet for his shots this past fall...a woman in the waiting area felt he had to be a silky because of his size. You can't decide a breed by the size alone. :rolleyes: |
