Hey,

Ever since I read this article..

about how annual shots may or may not actually help your pet, im getting kinda worried.. princess's bordetella and intranasal are coming up next month and i was wondering.. are these REALLY necessary? can i skip a year? after my bad experience last summer with the intranasal (i wrote a thread about how she started doing reverse sneezing because of it), i really dont want to go through it all again..

i mean i guess its not a very good comparison, but humans dont need to get shots every year to be healthy.. so do dogs really need this?

What do you guys think?

This thread was just started also on this very subject...I believe Bordatella (?) is one of the ones that are not recommended....

I'm not all for the shots either. The only ones Buttercup got were his puppy shots and rabies. He was due for his annual shots in Feb. but I skipped that and he's perfectly fine. Healthy little booger that eats and poops a lot.
