What do you guys think on this little guy? He is 7 weeks old and weighs 14 oz. How big do you think he'll get? His dad is about 4 lbs, mom 7 but he is smaller than London was at that age I believe. His face is a little wet from drinking milk but I think he's adorable. Also do you know what type of hair he will have? Like silky, etc.?

I don't have any idea on your questions...sorry. But I am an expert in how cute a yorkie is, and he is a DEFINITE cutie :):):):) Thinking about getting another one???

oh goodie! I think he's cute too! My bf is thinking of getting one but he's not sure..since we live together it would be mine too and would really be buying him for me:p But we would like a smaller one than Teddy, atleast standard since Teddy got bigger than standard..but he's still my boy

i know i love that! I have always heard that the ones that ears stand up early they are going to stay small, of course im not sure if that's true but its true for my 2. Teddy's ears never went up and he is about 9 lbs...London's ears went up real early and she is around 2 lbs at 8 mos so im thinking mayybe he'll stay small but irdk

Wow he is really cute. I love the ears. I was told the same thing about the ears and weight. I don't know if it's true in every puppy though. As far as the coat goes, wouldn't you have to wait until his coat changes until you know what type of coat he has?

idk i was thinking maybe the breeders here know about coat texture etc. The moms coat looks kinda curly but the dad's coat is silky. He has the same dad as London, I wouldn't mind his hair to be like hers, it's straight and soft. Although i think his body hair looks fluffier than hers did.

What a cutie!! Is that a white blaze on his chest? Maybe some of the more knowledgable YTers know if a white blaze is indicative of type of coat. I think I've read on here before that it means potential for a thicker coat. My Otis has the white and his coat is thick.

he is a doll, my new little molly has her ears up to but she is 12 wks, but those ears are very cute and stand well:) congrats to you if you decide to get him:animal36 new babys are so much fun:D

I think it is a white blaze. London has that too but her hair isnt't thick, it's a little thin..i think the dad has that too.

I would imagine that he'll be about 3 lbs give or take a 1/2 pound. He is very cute, love that batdog ears! :D

At 7 weeks of age all you know is he is a male and a Yorkie if that's what the breeder says he is.
Size can be ball park at about 12 weeks.
Coat cannot really be know if it is silk or soft until 4-6months of age.
A white blaze tells you it has a white blaze, that's about all.
Don't bring him home until minimum 12 weeks. If he isn't over 2 lbs yet wait until he is.

That's exactly what I was thinking, his ears are already up! I just hope he really is 7 weeks and they aren't misrepresenting his age because of his weight!

They do look like bat ears lol I like big ears on yorkies :p

Thank you for all the info. :) They require the dog to be at least 2 lbs before they can come home except if they think it's ok and the dog is really healthy. London came at 10 weeks old and she was less than 2 lbs but she was hand delivered and did very good.

hmm i don't think they are, at least i hope not. My little girl came from the same place, she has the same father as this little guy does and her ears were up already at that age too. They are really high lol

my 2 boys, one has up ears and he is 9lbs, the other has floppy up ears (they go up, but the tips flop) and he is 4.5lbs. haha

This little baby is soooooooo cute! I have no idea about anything else.. weight, coat etc... he kind of looks like a cotton coat to me, but Im not sure. I have a boy with a cotton coat and one with a silky coat! Cottons are a TON of work!

I Think There May Me A Connection Between The Ears And Weight. We Got Harvey At 8 Weeks And He Had Straight Up High Ears (we Always Used To Joke That He Needed To Grow Into Them...).

He Is Now 15 Months Old And 3.5 Lb, But Seems Smaller Somehow And Looks Just Like A Puppy - He Did Grow Into His Ears A Little Bit.....ha Ha Ha.

That Little One Is Just Gorgeous - So Cute, I Could Just Hug Hug Hug Him.

Hope You Get Him, And We Can Watch Him Grow Up Here On Yt.....

Oh what a little cutie he is ;) Hmmmmmm, am I sensing puppy fever, LOL :D Girl we've been looking too, LOL :) Sorry I can't help out on the size thing or hair but he is adorable for sure :)
