I concur. I looked at his dogster pictures, and he looks all yorkie to me. :) |

He is not something you would use to breed. He would make a lovely pet however. |
He's definitely a yorkie. Don't worry!...and don't listen to people who aren't yorkie experts. They don't know anything! |

From looking at Dogster, I'd have to say, he's a yorkie too. I get asked that all the time and my yorkie is only three pounds. Some people just don't know very much about different breeds. |
the first time i took skoshi to petsmart everyone was like aww loook at the yorkie. and then some older women comes up and says he is sooo cute is he a silky terrier i said no a yorkshire and she stood there and stared at me and him and then said oh and walked off. i got scared too lol and came on here and searched it. im still not sure if he is or not lol he is registered at yorkshire. But i think silkies have a more muscular body right like bigger width wise, My yorkie is skinny and small lol im not sure where his pds are on him lol! ohh and some other women told me he didnt look like a usual yorkie but she was nice and i explained they can be big, small and that colors can be different. she wanted one so bad lol. so i just schooled her on them. |
Curly Baby My Jack is almost 3 now, and I wish I had a dollar for every time someone has said, he doesn't look like a Yorkie. He has wavy hair, is 10 pounds and I keep the hair long on his ears. I have met his parents and grandparents and they are all registered Yorkies. Most of the people that question his breed are the ones that have only been in contact with the tiny ones. Jack is ALL YORKIE, temprement and all and the love of my life. |

1 Attachment(s) I would say he is defintely a yorkie...I have a Silky (Captain) and he is 11lbs and has a very distinct nose that is longer than our yorkies. You can defintely tell a difference and I would say your little boy is all yorkie!! Don't let what others say make you question... Here is a picture of Captain at 4 months...he is now 9 months old!! |
Looks like a yorkie to me....He's adorable too!! :) Like everyone else said, some people think they know what type of dog you have better than YOU do. Someone just this past weekend said Izzy was a Silky Terrier. We were at an art fair and they were walking behind me whispering about it...LOL....I think they wanted to ask me, but I didn't even acknowledge them...it was pretty funny.:p |
