But NOT her face hair!!

I went today and got some ball tip hair scissors and a nice doggie comb and gave maggie a bit of a trim. She really needed it. I combed her hair out really good, put her up on a stool ( I REALLY need a grooming table!!) and went to town. I still need to do her ears but that will come after her bath this weekend. But I trimmed all of her hair around her neck, chest, body, legs, and feet. i DID NOT touch the hair on her face tho

I am so proud of myself for that.

She looks really good. Her hair is growing in weird phases...growing really fast on one side of her body, a little slower on the other, and even slower on the butt end of her back. I figure once her puppy hair is all gone, it will probably even out a bit. So I did a decent little trim all over but her hair is still really long and beautiful

Missy hates to be cut so i have to take her to the vet! She is always finding the stickers in our yard!

Cant wait to see pics! We trim Jake's hair, but he's going for his first groom and cut next week. I'm already nervous! lol

ok, so dh didn't even notice a difference LOL. I guess that is a good thing..means I didn't chop her up

I can tell a difference because her hair is more even on the sides and around her head. but he's a man

you guys are so funny. I have a program on my computer that is called Photobooth and we take pics and they are all deformed. I accidentally took that picture of Maggie and thought I would throw it in

I love it.

Thanks for the compliments!! I was very nervous cutting her hair with scissors but we both stayed very calm and all came out fine

luckily, I didn't make an "oops" and have to cut more than I wanted to. She was able to keep her long coat. For that, I am thankful.
