HELP!! I am a new YT addict!!!
 
I found YT shortly after I got my little girl. I am so addicted!!! I am constantly checking and learning so much from everyone. I am so SHOCKED at the behavior on this board!!! Usually when you get a bunch of craze dog lovers (not offense because I am one also) tempers start to flair!!! BUT NOT HERE!! Everyone has been so nice and RESPECTFUL!! Thank you to everyone!!!


P.S. Is there anything I can do to become UNADDICTED or is this permaneant?:thumbs up

My kids are starving... I dont get any sleep!!! HELP!!! No, we are all taken care of, I am just on the internet a little bit more.. My boyfriend is so happy because it takes time away from my ebay habit... This is alot cheaper. AND I GET ADULT (albeit dog) conversation!!!! You dont get any better than this!!

I already have started!!! I dont know what my baby needs!! (not much because I stocked up the first day that i saw her!! I would need XXS stuff!! SO ANY suggestions!!! I would love to see the products!! :D

As far as the clothes go.... most custom make them for your baby. Just send them the measurements and they OH SO KINDLY fix ya right up. :D Your bf might think ebay will be a better addiction

Oh there is a whole list of members that are store owners. Try the Featured Yorkie Products For Sale and Yorkie Items For Sale etc. Usually the very first post (at the top) inside these threads will have a "sticky" that list the stores. You can also do a "search" for whatever you're looking for. Posts will show up that you can read thru for more info.

Not only is this site addicting. YORKIES in general are addicting. I have already started researching a breeder for my next yorkie. I am thinking about sometime next year!!! It is difficult though because I would want an older dog again. (at least 6 months) !!!

All I have to say is...DITTO!!!!!!! I am in the exact same position! And I work from home, so yeah, not a good combo when all I wanna do is go look at YT posts all day....:rolleyes: I guess I'll have to put some set aside time (a lot probably) just for YT! I love it here, and I've already visited many of the YTers web sites, and want to order tons and tons of stuff for my baby...

Good to see that someone else is new and already addicted :lol tears :yay_jump:

Do those that have been members for years still find it as addicting or does it become old after awhile? I've only known of this site since March of this year, and it seems like I spend more and more time here everyday...My God I have no life...I work, eat and sleep YORKIES!!!

Well, I can only speak for myself, but when I first found YT I was on here 24/7!!! I constantly hit the refresh button to see what new posts came up...and I read everything! Now I usually come on once a day, but I'm NOT like I used to be! LOL I only pick and choose what to read since I know a heck of a lot more than I used to! :D :D YT was a lifesaver when I first got my Yorkie! :p I've gotten to know a lot of GREAT people! :animal36

i don't even have a yorkie yet but find that i spend most of the day on the internet researching yorkies and visiting this site. i am out of school for the summer (college not high school) and have all the time in the world. i am visiting my sister here in Maryland and when her husband gets home he teases me...if he sees that i am on the computer he'll say "how much do you want to bet there is a picture of a yorkie on the screen". and sure enough there is.

It is very addicting, but very helpful. My problem is I check YT at my office, and the banner letters on the top are gigantic -- not easy to hide when someone walks by.

OMG I thought (really) I was the only one who checked this site quite a few times a day. I spend so much time reading all the post that is why I really do not post that much. The information I have gotten from this site to be able (I feel) to take care of Seth and Sasha is better then any book I could buy. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. As an empty nester Seth and Sasha have brought back that mothering instinct I have missed soooooo much. Keep up the great conversation YT.:D :D :D

I wish I had more time, but since I work full time, and have 5 furbabies at home, I don't have as much time as I would like to be on YT. But whenever I do get a few moments to spare, at work or at home, this is the first site I log into. :)

OMG it is addicting huh:) I get no sleep and now look at me I am Driving the Yorie train across the states to get lil Patticake to her new Daddy. I am REALLY Addicted LOL and Love it !
