I got my Belle from a breeder, he was good with the doggies, not too good with people... but he loves his yorkies... and i wouldn't trade Belle for anything :p |
Scruffy is from a Local Breeder in Houma, LA that had him at a pet store. Lexi came from a Breeder/Broker in Walker, LA (wasn't told that till after we fell in love with her & was signing the paperwork that she was from another Breeder out of state) Kylee came from a Wonderful Breeder in Eunice, LA Tiki is from a Litter I Breed (my male to a Friends Female) Stormy came from a Wonderful Friend who is a Breeder in Lafayette, LA |
Nathan was from a breeder, who has now actually turned out to be a good friend of mine!!! |
I got my lil girl off the internet.... (puppyfind.com) she came to me from Washburn, Mo...I was able to talk to the girl (Rachel) who was selling her for a neighbor on the phone along with her sending me pics and answering any questions I had for several weeks before I made my final decision to go ahead and purchase her....Call it a gut instinct, but I felt very comfortable with this seller and she let me know everything that was going on with my lil one...I feel I was truly blessed as it was the best decision I have ever made....I really got the best lil puppy...and I wouldn't trade my baby for anything....I still keep in contact w/Rachel via email....and should I ever decide to get another yorkie...I would definately check with her to see if she had anymore.... She has since opened her own website (currently under construction) www.rosecountrypuppies.com :animal-pa :animal-pa |

Well Said:thumbup: But.. you have to be carefull. :( I know of a Pet Boutique that takes pups from hobby breeders that dont have time to sell, and offer them for 35% of what the breeders want. The few times i have been there when the have pups for sale, 100% of the time the pups were always 14+ weeks old, full teeth, AKC, and with champion lines, always. However These "stores" or "Boutiques" are scarcer than chiken teeth.;) On the other hand recently I saw a s**tzu on an ordinary pet shop which sunk my heart. He was very small and was trembling. I asked to see the pup, and was shocked to see that he was JUST TEETHING!!! That poor creature couldnt have been more that 5 or 6 weeks old. Those are the ones to avoid.:thumbdown |
Aubrey came from a breeder! |
