he's simply awesome to me and looks purebred and also looks pretty small. how old is he and how big is he?

My opinion? Looks purebread to me. Their coloring goes through all kinds of interesting phases before it settles into their adult coat. What a beautiful pup!!!

The person selling her said shes 3 months old but I think shes a little older than that. I have no idea how big she is since after I emailed that person to say I want to visit them and see her before she ships the dog to me she isn't replying my email. I don't know what's going on and why that person wants to sell her for such a cheap price - $300 Canadian dollars. I suspect something strange is going on.

Michiyo-Fir, their not answering your email does sound suspicious.Could be a scam especially since the pup is quite cheap in price. I think you did the right thing by asking to see the pup in person before they ship it. If you havent sent any money, dont..yet

To answer your previous question, yorkies go through a lot of different phases. They normally turn a silver-ish color before turning gold/tan. But him not answering your emails seems a little suspicious. I would not wire any money to him at all. It sounds like a scam, especially for $300 canandian dollars. If it seems too good to be true, then it is.

I agree, thats why I asked to visit and see the puppy. After that shes not replying my emails. But originally she said because she leaves the puppy at home all day shes too busy to take care of it etc etc. I think it's a scam. Aww...but that puppys so cute. It also sounds suspicious because I went to a Vancouver posting board and she was talking about shipping the puppy over by airplane. =(

i was just about to type that exact same thing! romeo's head looks exactly like that and i know there is noting odd about him. his papers list him as "blue and gold" but i don't see anything but silver in his future.:D

i am so glad you touched on this because on romeo's registration papers under color she put "blue and gold" and i have been mystified at that since i got him!:p

Don't worry Chelsea went from tan and black --> to blonde and silver. I was told that this would happen before hand. Depending on the day and the amount of light she can appear to be lighter or darker. You just never know. She is a purebred too. Take a look at her pics and go figure.
