Hi I am a new member
 

Hi I am Chris and would like to say hello to everyone. I have a little girl yorkie, her name is Precious and she will be 3 yrs old on May 30th. Precious weighs only 5 lbs and is the love of my life. I have had other dogs in my life but I have never been so in love with one like a am with my yorkie. She truely is my little girl. I keep the blinds pulled up a little in my living room so she can watch what is going on outside during the day. She is in the window waiting for me when I come home from work and just jumps up and down until I pick her up and give her hugs and kisses. She is the talk of my block and everyone knows Precious as the guard dog of our block. When people see her for the first time they always stop and tell me how cute and adorable she is in her little sweaters. She loves all dogs. In the morning we always meet up with another dog in the neighborhood and as soon as she spots the dog down the street she will lay down in the grass and wait until they get close and then runs up to play. I could go on and on about my baby but all of you already know what I am talking about. I can't wait to get home and post some of her picutures so you can see her. I look forward to talking and meeting you and your little ones. Chris

I am pretty new as well. I already had a yorkie when I joined and then of course got bit by the puppy bug and had to get another one :p

So now I have Cody, he is a 3 year old teapot (that means he is over the average weight, he weighs 15 lbs :eek: ), and I have Izzy who is my new baby girl. She weighs 4.8 lbs right now and she will be 6 months old on the 21st.

I can't wait to see pictures of your baby.

Yt'rs, I can vouch that precious is a dollbaby, can't wait till Chris gets pictures up. We have been trying to get Chris on here and she finally made it. :coolsmile All we talk about is our yorkies and bring them toys to play with. So thanks for welcoming Chris, I told her how nice it is here!

Wow I am overwelmed by all of you. Kodak's mommy is a friend of mine and she told me how great all of you are, now I know why. I had to go out last night so I didn't get to put any pictures up yet. If I can I will put some up before I go to work. I love looking at everyone's pictures, I just love Yorkies. There are so many people at work that are getting Yorkies now so we have our own little group that shares pictures and bring toys to each other for them. I look forward to talking and sharing with all of you from now on. Precious says hi too!!!!!!:aimeeyork

I've had many dogs over the last million years and after falling totally in love with my first Yorkie, I was hooked on this breed.
