You have to do something that poor little baby. if your not comfortable talking to the woman alone find someway to anonymously let her know. maybe you could even convince her to let you care for the dog since she is not able and he obviousy does not care about it. it's a long shot but this baby's life may depend on it. |

I would definatley send an annonymous note addressed to the women. The women no matter if she is disabled as options to protect herself, that poor baby doesn't. I doubt this was a one time occurance. |
You Must Do Something To Help The Little Dog. I Would Just Go Over And Tell The Man You Saw What He Did To The Dog And It Is Cruel, Tell Him You Have Contacted The Rspca And Reported This To Them And If Anything Happens Again, They Will Be Notified And Will Call At His House, And Take Action - I Know This Is A Little Lie, But It Could Work. He Is Nothing At All To You, So You Have Nothing To Fear, But That Little Dog May Be Seriously Hurt Or Killed. Just Be Brave And Go And See Them, Take Another Neighbour With You If You Feel It Would Help. Good Luck And Keep Us Posted. |
I would report that evil creep in a heart beat, he doesnt deserve to live, can we take a base ball bat to his head. |
I'd report him anonymously if possible, then watch as often as possible and the next time I saw them out together walk up and tell them how you've admired their little yorkie when you saw them out walking and that you've seen him "walking the dog" alone and look him straight in the eye when you say it. That way, he KNOWS you've seen him abuse the poor baby and that you're watching. It's kind of a warning without jumping on his head. (That's what I'd want to do) Then, if you do see him abuse the yorkie again, call the cops or whatever you have to do. If his wife is disabled there should be protection available for her, too. That may be her way out if she's being abused too. |
DEFINITELY report him. I agree with others that if he kicks the dog, imagine what happens to the WIFE who is even more defenseless (physically, anyway) than the dog. And they're right ... think how ill the woman will be if her dog is seriously injured or DIES. Who would take care of it? STories like this just make my blood boil. |

Any abuse should always be reported. It's the only way it can stop. Poor little furbaby, and I don't even want to think about the poor lady, she needs to be checked out too. This is very sad, don't think you might make her sick by reporting him, because you just might be saving her life, and her furbaby too. If abuse isn't reported, it only gets worse, then the people who saw it, are stuck saying, I should have done something, but now it's too late. Sad, very sad. |

I have reported him today to the RSPCA and they are going to let me know the outcome. I know I have done the right thing, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since it happened yesterday, it brings tears to my eyes. I hope it stops him doing it again. If he can do that to the poor little dog in public I shudder to think what he does in his own home, it was quite a small yorkie too, smaller than my Holly was. I just hope he hasn't caused it any injury and that it isn't in pain. I will let you all know the outcome when they get back to me. Thanks for all your advice, it helped me a great deal :animal-pa :animal-pa :animal-pa |

That made me sick to read. :( :( :( PLEASE REPORT HIM - anyone that can kick a dog for no reason can surely hurt a human - that's abuse and soooo cruel. I just can't believe people sometimes...why would someone kick a helpless dog ???...... I'd call the police....if I had seen that I think that's what I'd do. I know his wife is sick but I seriously doubt if it's her dog she wants him killing it and that's exactly what can happen. The police can tell you your options if they won't do anything. |
Just saw your update - good for you !!! Please let us know how this turns out if you find out anything |

Good for you!!!   You did the right thing, it's the only way it will stop. If anyone was to hurt one of my furbabies, family or friends, they better be able to run fast, because when I get my hands on them, it wouldn't be pretty. Can't wait for an update.;) |
