Wet or Dry Kisses? Max gives wet slobery kisses and Missy gives dry kisses. I wonder if it's a female/male thing or just an individual? What kind of kisses does your yorkie give and are they female or male? :p |

Tucker (boy) gives sloppy wet kisses. They are all over your face & you need a towel after he's through with you. Biddy (girl) gives pretty dry kisses. However, her kisses are very precise. She is interested in darting her tongue directly into your mouth and nowhere else. I could pick out my dogs' kisses out of a lineup if I was blindfolded!! :kiss2wm: |

Peanut is a boy and he too gives huge, sloppy, random, wet kisses. I think he would kiss me all day long if I didn't make him stop! |

i am seeing a pattern here with the boys and girls and crazy, sloppy versus dry and precises kisses... Tino is like a little wildman and gives kisses everywhere on my face whereas Bunny gives little dry perfectly placed kisses right on my lips. Its the cutest thing! |
I hate being licked by dogs so all of my dogs will turn there head for me to kiss there cheeks. Even all of my friends dogs have learn to turn their head so I can kiss them on the checks or on the forehead. However, my dogs are free to lick any of my friends and they take full advantage of it. I think they give dry kisses but I'll have to ask one of my friends. |
Mine give very wet kisses on your face up your nose everywhere unrelentless untill you start hiding your face. Jewels especially does this. She wakes you up in the morning with her kisses. |
Tucker totally attacks me!! He puts his paws on my cheeks and goes to work all over my face!! LOL Yesterday he was kissing my face & my boyfriend put his face right next to us to try to get Tuck to kiss him instead. Tucker didn't even look up - he just pushed his face away with his paw!!! I was cracking up. (meanwhile Biddy was waiting in the background for her turn!!) |

Remmy(boy) gives conservative or dry kisses and just a few Silk (girl) goes to town on your face head whatever her little tounge will reach until you say ...okay thats enough. I would say its more a personality thing and not boy or girl. :D Chris |

What an adorable, priceless picture! Simon is a sloppy kisser and is always licking something on my face (when he isn't sticking his paw in my mouth but that's another thread haha). He licks up my nose, in my ear, my eye, my teeth. I'm not complaining at all I LOVE it!! Come to think of it Simon is the only guy I've kissed in much too long ;) And Hallie gives the most gentle, sweetest little kisses. I couldn't live without my puppy kisses everyday!! |
Sophie gives wet kisses. She can have your whole face wet before you can pull her off of you. I have to admit I kinda enjoy. I love puppy love and you can always wash your face. |

Lucy gives huge wet sloppy kisses, and holds you down! I she was led with me on my bed with me this morning and decided she wanted kisses. So she jumped up to my face and on to my neck! Cant breath! Couldn't live with out them though ;) |
Has anyone ever heard of this? I have a poodle who won't give kisses at all! He's a picky eater and will smell anything, even steak, before he takes it in his mouth. When we play fetch, he caries whatever the "object" is in his mouth by throwing it up and catching it and boncing it around like he can't stand having it in his mouth. It is hysterical! In my serach for a new puppy, I found one who was really cute, but wouldn't kiss! Is this rare or common? Hefner and Chai and Buddha all give wet kisses all over with Chai being the most aggressive kisser. |

Mocha doesn't really kiss... She nips and bites!! She starts out kissing but then she'll grab my mouth or nose and bite.. HARD |

I've never heard of a puppy not wanting to kiss.. I wonder if the puppy will grow into it? I dont think Missy kissed us for the 1st few weeks, now she loves to kiss. How old is Mocha? Both of mine would bite when they were just babies but now they are more experienced kissers ;) |

My poodle is a standard and I actually LIKE the fact that he doesn't kiss. I don't have to pull him off visitors like you do some dogs. I get plenty of kisses from the others and he is the biggest love bug there is. As much as yorkies think they are big rottweillers is how much my Jet, the poodle, thinks he's a lap dog! Long, ganly, skinny legs and all, he'll climb right up whenever the opportunity arises! :D :D :D |
