| ![]() This forum was so much help when I recently lost my 4 year old female yorkie that I had to post another thread. My 4 year old male missed my deceased little girl almost as much as I did and still do. I was fortunate to have found, thanks to friends of mine, another 3 year old female yorkie who I just got and already has brought joy to my life. The problem is that my male and this new female are not getting along. Any suggestions or ideas to help. |

| ![]() Give it sometime, they all have different personalities. Misha still growls at Max & we have had him for 3 months now. She just needs more attention from me now, because I've been giving to much to him, since he's the baby. Wait till they both here a noise, they'll be running side by side to protect. Before you know it, they'll love eachother. I even caught them sleeping in the same bed the other day.

| ![]() They try to bite one another but we pull them apart before that happens. I guess I am afraid someone is going to end up with a hole in their ear. |

| ![]() I was having that problem with my 2 girls there some months ago. They were really going for it and I done what you were doing by puling them apart right away. I released by doing this they were getting worse. So 1 day ,I no this sounds cruel, I ignored them, well they stopped almost right away when they released I was ignoring them. After this they havent fought again, I think they were just trying to sort out the domiance thing.
