Please post pics of ur little guy's summer cuts. Simon is ready for his first hair cut and I would like to see some stylish cuties.

Here's my little Bijou in her summer cut. HA HA HA HA HA HA. Oh my, I couldn't resist because everyone always says "it looks like a cute summer cut". When in reality this is all the hair my little Bijou has ever had. Oh well, she makes up for it in personality. :)

I don't have any pics but I got allie's body cut short (day before yesterday) and left her face/head hair alone. I really like it.

I posted this a couple weeks ago, but here it is again. His top knot didn't last for more than a couple of minutes!

I wish it would warm up here for a summer cut... Now they are talking snow. I wish this Oklahoma weather would make up it's mind!

Those are some cute pups.....love the pictures.

Gordon has some wild hair going on...he is 18 weeks and his hair is just starting to really grow. He has a itty bitty topknot , that I put up and thankfully he leaves it alone. I shaved his ears , and I think I went a wee to low. One ear flops and I have done everything to get it up. He doesn't care....so I let it be now.

Should I have his hair cut before his adult hair comes in?
I ordered a book on grooming and can't wait for it to get here...I bet Gordon can't wait either.

Is Bijou by any chance a mix? My Summerlin doesn't have much hair, but I was kind of hoping that it would grow longer. Maybe this is all I have to look forward to? Bijou is super cute regardless of how much hair she has! :)

This is what I did to Tink when it was 110+ degrees last summer. I probably will not cut her this short again but I am going to do something with her as the hair is sweeping the floor again. Maybe give her a 3" and keep the head long.

Couldn't help but comment on his cuteness! Looks like a teddy bear! I personally like his short hair, it seems so soft! Love his name too, so original!

I think she is pure Yorkie. I posted this in another discussion thinking she was possibly mixed (she's a puppymill baby afterall, so one never really knows). But most on here think she is a wire haired Yorkie, which the hair pretty much breaks off before it shows any kind of length. Does that make sense?

Oh, ok. Thanks for replying. Summerlin's hair just doesn't seem to want to grow any longer than it is now. I hope to be able to post some pics in the next few days, since I used my mom's camera to take some nice ones :) Bijou is super cute anyway!

I had a yorkie years ago that just didn't grow hair, I tried every thing she was cute anyway. She did get to be a canadian Ch though. I showed her mostly in Canada. We lived close to the boarder and they had alot of shows. It was fun. Jackie
