| I got a bag of Solid Gold (kibble) with Mocha's puppy package from the breeder. I've heard good things about it and I believe it's one of the "premium" brands. Mocha's on the raw diet now, so we stopped with the Solid Gold, but it was pretty good while he was on it. The only thing is, I wouldn't get the Salmon one (the one we got from the breeder) again, as it was a bit smelly.

| Edit: Sorry, we didn't get a Salmon one. We got the one in the pink package, which is the Wee Bit Adult (Bison), but I think it had Salmon meal in it that made it a tad smelly.

| Kingston and Lily are on Solid gold wee bits and have been now since I brought Kingston home. They seem to do very well on it.

| I use the Solid Gold Barking At The Moon in the kibble mix for my kids... they love it! I've tried some different brands in the mix and they'll always pick out the pieces they don't like... lol, Wellness CORE for example... great food, but they'll pick around it and leave it at the bottom of the bowl every time! The Barking At The Moon has a pretty strong odor (which is one of the reasons they like it I'm sure) but the odor doesn't linger... on their breath or the like.... they've done really well with it.

| Thanks to everyone for your response. I have been cooking for Sassy since that awful scare and sometimes, I wonder if she is getting all the nourishment that her little body needs. So, I thought I would try one more time, but I definitely want something that is good for her. I had seen an advertisement for this food and it said that they are organic and were not at all involved in the recall. So...I think I am gonna try it. She will likely hate it, but I am going to continue to make the effort. Thanks bunches to all of you who have helped me decide to go ahead and try it. My little Shadow Donating YT Member | I switch between Wellness Whitefish/Sweet Pot & Solid Gold Wee Bits (Bison). I wanted to try the smaller kibble w/Solid Gold. Bella loves it Best! I do want to try the Wellness Core.
