I was so hateful to her. I know. When I got to looking on the internet I noticed that the main ingredient is pesticide known as Permethrin, which is 45% of the product in that TINY vial... That pesticide is also in the spray we use on our cattle, but it's only 10% in the whole huge bottle, and then you dilute it down with a whole barrel of water... I told her that and I was furious at that point. I told her that I wanted my money back for the product, my vet bills paid, and the medicine that I had to get for them at the vet. She didn't act like it was a big deal. (the I read on the internet they do send it, and a little extra and something along with it that says final settlement - I guess so I wouldn't sue... We'll see)
The EPA guy was fantastic and really nice, but kinda made me feel stupid. He said that there symptoms weren't "the main" reactions, that it may be possible they were allergic to something else in the product. So I showed him where it says the symptoms, from an EPA website haha... It's just irritating, so irritating...
He said you never know what products like this will do, because in the lab they are only tested on rats and rabbits and other lab animals. So dogs may have different reactions then lab animals... DUH! I dunno. I told him with the dog food recall, the treats, and now this I don't know what to do... |
