Important thing to have with you Do any of you have a bag with all the necessities when you are taking your baby with you in the car? What do you have in it? |
puppy pads, motion sickness meds, chewies, bottle water, doogie bowl, bag full of royal cainin yorkie food. :D |
I have a little "doggy first aid" kit that I made up - with the usual doggie stuff in it (scissors, tweezers, antibiotic gel, NutriCal, any meds he is on, etc). Plus Mojo has his own bag w/ harness, leash, a few outfits (w/ Drings), Water, Food, toys, treats, blanket, wipes, brush (and extra hair bands/clips), etc. |
Food, H2O, napkins, a sweater, a blanket, a toy....hmm what else? |
Hi, I think the other ladies mentioned everything I was going to. I also carry benadryl in the summer just incase a bee comes after them. Ok, more like them going after the bee, LOL :D |
I see there is a few more things I could add to my puppy bag. Good question.:) |

I always carry their latest vet/shot record in my purse because we never know when we will take off on the spur of the moment and I know I would forget to take their shot info. We might need this in case of an emergency or if we needed to board them. |
I keep a container of water, a container of food, a harness and leash, as well as wet wipes (for after a trip to the park). I always have a blanket and first aid kit in my car. |

Hi, I just have a little thing of benadryl that I carry along with a dropper or dosage syringe. I have written down on the back of the bottle the dosage they are allowed to be given. My yorkie girls have never been stung yet but my pekingese goes after bees all the time. Thank goodness he hasn't had a bad reaction but I like to have the benadryl just to be safe. I hope that helped :) |

i am so glad someone asked this question because i was trying to get together a bag for romeo since i know he will be going places with me alot - as often as i can take him - and i wasn't quite sure what all i would need. the summer weather can be quite brutal here in mississippi and i don't want him to suffer. thanks for the great info! :) |
Happy people liked my question. I have learned a thing or two...or ten from the answers. LOL. Thanks everyone!!! |
:p Oh boy... now I'm ashamed. I never thought of making a doggie aid kit to take with. On the trips to the park or places I've only taken a leash and a bottle of water... ooooooops. I'll take care of a Pepper baggie.... |
Puppy pads, extra blankets, paper towels, extra leash, puppy first aid kit, dry kibble, baby food jar of chicken, Tylenol (for me), travel bowls and toys. I pack it whenever we go somewhere - just like a diaper bag. Never leave home without it!! |
