Im Soo Mad!! Need Help
 

Okay as all of you know my past story on the lady that was supposed to send me the little girl yorkie to dallas and i drove up there and nothing was there and she told us that she wasnt able to send it. Well she told us she would send out money back plus extra for gas. well then she told us she sent a certified check and then we waited and never got it. well then we were told it got lost in the mail. so we told her to cancel it and use the extra money to wire it. so we have waited and we called and then her brother died. so we gave her more time and i swear it has been a month and a half and nothing. so i think we have been very patient so now she has started emailing me and she told me she would send the money on the friday that just passed but guess what NO MONEY! so tonight i called her and wrote her an email. she called back suprisingly and she said she has the money its just the time to take getting it to us. i was like okay im sure u go to walmart or somewhere that wires money all the time i mean you have to buy food right? she said she doesnt have a vehicle so it isnt easy. I said okay how do you get to the library to email me then? she said she takes a bus i said then why not take one to walmart? she said thats for her to worry about and she should have to explain that to me. and i said well you need to explain why its been 1 and half months and we still havent got our money and she said she will set a date she didnt have the money. i said i thought you just told me you had it she said i do but my check should be here mon day


i said okay then i want the money i have been very patient but im tired of this and its 275 dollars and im ready for it to be done and i told her if nothin happens soon i will take her to court. and i told her that if its so hard do i need to get someone to meet her in dallas and get the money? i said do i need to get someone to meet you at the library? this is pitiful what do you guys think?

anyone that can help me? or tell me about small claims court? i mean im sick and tired and this has gone in her faver she has the money and probably already sold the puppy! and she said her husband usually handles the puppies but she didnt this time. i said well i want to talk to your husband too. should i contact police? i have her address name and cell number/

I think you were conned by this lady from the start. She is just making excuses to buy herself some more time. Did she ever even have a yorkie to begin with? I dont understand how people do things like this to people and dont even have a conscience about doing it. You cant trust anyone anymore.

i dont see why she would keep in contact for this long though. i mean most people that con you quit talking to you. she could have quit talking to us but hasnt. so now that i asked her if someone can pick it up from her i will see what she says she said she will talk to her husband and let me know tomorrow. i mean i have her cell so either way the police and contact the lady!

She probaby is a con artist and is getting her thrills from al this. I would contact the PD and see if they can help.Good luck!

Lea this is elizabeth! my mom and I are getting fed up with this and we have givin you plenty of opportunities and i honestly think there is no money just like there was no puppy. At first i thought you were sincere and i believed you but now this is just turned into a complete lie. you have done nothin but lie and put us off from the very beginning. So now we are getting serious and i believe you should be getting serious too. We will call the police here and in dallas and file a report. Also we are seriously considering taking you to small claims court. You really need to get this done and over with or we will for you. You asked me for my number but havent called and then dont answer your phone. Since your husband is the one that handles this usually i would like to speak with him too. If you dont have time to wire it i will have a friend or family member pick up the money from you house. So you need to respond quick

OMG her name isn't Cassey is it????????? I went through a VERY, VERY, VERY similar situation, no car, sister died blah, blah, blah she was FULL of excuses and oh yea she could not send the puppy eithier. Where did you see her ad? Was it on livedeal? PM me I will tell you more..

I believe to file in small claims court you have to file in their state. I guess I would stretch the truth and tell her that your (some relative) lives in the State of Texas and will be filing the small claims on your behalf. You will then see her in court to which you will also be suing for travel time, airline tickets to go to court, etc. Hopefully this will scare her into doing the right thing.

No, No, No I believe it is the same lady she gave me her phone number, address everything lead me on for months and guess what her last name was???????????????? Harper.. I can't believe she is still doing this, what the hell is wrong with her. It's so odd about her though because she keeps in contact with you and keeps you believing she is going to send the puppy and yes she did live in Texas also..

Why would they give her 2 years to pay that money? I believe they set a certain time frame and after that it is up to you to file additional papers to have her income garnished, the husband's, something to that effect. I would also sue for the $40 filing fee. You need to spell all that out to her. And if you are in the state of Texas I say GO FOR IT!!!! She is a scammer and a liar. I hate BOTH!!!

I still have all her messages she sent me, I kept them because I thought it was soooooooooooo weird how she handled the situation. She keeps talking to you on the phone and keeps saying she will send the puppy and a TON of excuses why she cannot send the puppy on the day that she has already made reservations for on the airplane, what is wrong with her? There was another lady on YT that she did this to also. I got my money back though after 2 months..

EXACTLY!!!! And furthermore, I think when you get done with your story the Judge will be able to see that she is a scammer and award all that you are asking for. You could forewarn her that it is coming, but at this point, it seems real obvious that she is a scammer. She can ride the bus all over town to use the internet (yeah right) but to go and wire some money - well that's another story. And anytime someone is trying to make excuses, someone always dies. LOL. I am not laughing at truly losing a loved one, but let's get real. Most deaths pop up for the ultimate excuse not that they really happened. I used to work with a lady that called in sick all the time. She was going to be fired, thus her grandparents died. And in 6 mos. time lots of grandparents died in her family. We lost count and she was fired in the end. But it did buy her some more time. How could we complain when she had a horrible tragedy in her family?
Sue this lady and get all your money back, gas money, time, filing fees. I say stick it to her. She is scamming you and all you wanted was to pay good money for a pup she was offering.

well im reading up on small claims courts now! i think my side will go through. she has no excuses about deaths because we gave her more time after that!

well it turns out to be the same lady! same cell phone number!

Ugh, I'm so sorry you got scammed. I'd call the police department or a lawyer to find out what your rights are and how to go about recovering your money <3

man she used the same number for all of us and still has that number. so there must be something we can do i mean they can look up those records and see who the phone really belongs to right?

Oh, I got my money back I told her I was coming to her house with the police and she e-mailed me back with a confirmation number to where I can pick up my money and all be darned it was there. All I have to say is this lady is very weird, but I did get my money back.

I am sorry you got scammed, it happens all too often.

Word of advice, if it sounds to good to be true, like getting a yorkie pup for only $275, it probably is not true.

Also, if you ever decide to get a puppy and have it shipped without knowing the breeder, go through www.puppyescrow.com
It keeps you from getting scammed and is the safest way to go. If they don't want to go through puppyescrow, then chances are it is a scam because it is safe guards the buyers and sellers from getting scammed out of a puppy or money.

Good luck with taking her to court, I hope it all works out and that you get all your money back and that this woman is stopped so she won't be able to scam anyone ever again!!

Txgurl06...you need to stand firm. Tell her you're filing charges against her & give her 48 hours to come up with the money or you'll go forward with the charges. The main thing is for her to think you are NOT letting this go....so many people will blow it off as a loss and she counts on that. GOOD LUCK - that whole thing just sucks and you should report her to where she was advertising also and let them know she's a con artist.

Sounds to me, candybaby scared her enough to give the money back. Wonder how many others just drop it & cut their loses. She's definately got a scam going on. I'd tell her your on your way over with the police & do just that. Good luck.

Yes, I was coming to her house and I think she felt my vibes I was like an investigater myself I think that freaked her out. And she owed me $575 and gave me every penney back. So, I know she can get her's to as long as she is FIRM about it and don't let her keep giving her the run around. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!

I would email her and tell her "Listen Leticia, or is it Cassie or whatever you are calling yourself these days, if you dont western union the money to me today, I am going to get together with the other people I know for a fact you have scammed and get a lawyer and not only will you be paying my money back but you will be going to jail for fraud and using a fake identify to scam people on top of it. Ask her if the name Cassis rings a bell to her. That way she knows you are aware of her doing the same thing to other people and you are on to her little game and arent going to sit back and take it.

If you have at least one other that will testify and submit proof that she is a scammer then a phone call to her District Attorney should do the trick. They will file charges on your behalf. Criminal charges. She is scamming which is illegal. Won't cost you a penny.
