We paid $700 for our 2.8 lb, 8 week old yorkie... he was $950, but the breeder felt bad because we had stopped by and no one answered, so he discounted him! Around the D.C. metro area, yorkies are usually $1500 and up. At a pet store we saw 3 that were almost $1999 and they weren't even show quality.

I paid 750.00 plus 250.00 shipping for Archie. Minnie was a bit more expensive [I don't want to give the amount in case my husband see this]LOL
both are worthy every penny.

i dont know if mine are showable or not but i know i never pay that much... but i never take that much for mine either...my yokies have a good life thats all i want for them i dont think they need to show anything to anyone but there family ! so u pay what u need to get one and just love them no matter what show or not show registered or not !love them for what they are! :aimeeyork

$1400 canadian...but from a pet store (husband bought me Tia for Valentine's Day)...but we got the money refunded when they claimed to know nothing about her LP. We put up a fuss and vowed never to buy from anyone but a reliable breeder in the future.

my bf paid $850 for Remy. he had a brother who was a lil bigger than he was and he was $800. but i agree with everyone else, SO worth it. :D

Benji 700 and zip 1,000 benji is 6 pds and zip is 3 pds . They are well worth it

My very first Yorkie over 10 years ago was only $250. He was cheaper because he was going to be a big boy. My kids were babies and I wanted that. He made it up to 9 pounds and was a wonderful dog. My second one was a gift from my Mom. She was already 6 months and had been neglected. She was kept outside with 2 other bigger dogs and I don't think was feed good. She is a great girl now. My latest one(Jazzy) I have only had him a couple weeks but he is already priceless. I don't know what I ever did without him before.

Chase is 8 years old, bought him as a puppy for $450.
Zoe is 1-1/2 years old, she's a tiny (3.2 lbs) paid $1,800.

Both worth every cent and then some!!!!!!

I paid $550 for Bentley and $700 for Karlee.. The new biewer i'm getting is $2500! but i'm sure he'll be worth it
