| Few Puppy questions. Guys Rocky has been good so far, 11 weeks old. He uses his pee pads 80% of the time. But sometimes he misses or forgets to use them. What does this mean? This happens mostly when he is roaming around the living room. When we go to sleep, I put him in this big box that I made, very spacious. He does his things over there as well with no accidents on a pad, BUT by 5 am or so he starts to cry and complain, so we have to get up, walk around a bit , I check emails and then go back to sleep, he is fine with this. Should I just ignore his cries in the morning? I much rather sleep till 7 or 8. Also, when I go to work, I plan on leaving him in my bed room, which is much smaller than the living room with all his supplies. I really dont want to lock him up in a cage for the day, but I dont want him to forget to use the pee pads either. What should I do? Also, all this time I had my mother come over (10 minute drive) to baby sit him, but today she cant and I will be leaving him alone for 10 hours or more to go to work. Will he be ok all by himself? what will he do??? I am so worried. Should I put some Nutrical in his water? he hasnt been using it for the past 2 days and he is just great. Thanks for any input. |

| At 11 weeks I would still be giving nutrical everyday. Max still gets his at 18 weeks. As for leaving him that long, that's going to be one long day for both. I would pay to have him boarded at the vets office for the day. If you decide to lock him up in your bedroom, make sure he is completely safe. No cords to chew, ect. Thats great he is 80% pee pad trained. Max is about 60%. Sometimes if I'm not watching him to closely, he'll pee where ever. Max would wake up at that time also to pee at that age. After that he went back to sleep. He now holds it all night.
