Amirah has realized that if she doesn't bite me and sits still she can sit in my lap all day without my moving her. So in order for her not to bite me she chews on her "bully stick" she has taken to grabbing it in her mouth now and running up to me to put her on my lap. She gets right to my feet and starts barking at me with the stick in her mouth until I let her up. She also hates my laptop so if it is in my lap she will jump on the couch and try to shove it off my lap....because that is her spot. It is funny because my computer weighs more than her but se will try her best to move it every time, |
What a nice thread. Some of Tatiana's quirks are: 1. She dances. When she's excited, she'll go in circles. The more excited she is, the faster and tighter circles. She's tiny (about 3 lbs), so she can spin like a top! She spins like a top when I'm prepping her meals. I could hear the pitter-patter of her feet, and if my husband is watching, he's often laughing at her. :) 2. She takes herself to bed at around 8p. She has a bed in our bedroom. That's where she goes when she sleeps for the night. During the daytime, she may nap in the living room or office (she has beds there, too), but for the night, she will go to the bedroom bed. :) |
Tink goes berserk when the ice from the ice maker drops into the holder. You would think that over time she would get used to that sound, but nooooo. Another thing she does is hide her bully sticks, treats, toys, you name it she hides it. I find her stuff under my pillow, behind the couch, ect. Ect.. |
After dinner every evening,Mina climbs up on my shoulder to be burped like a baby and yes she actually burps. This doesnt happen after breakfast just dinner. If she wants to play she will get a toy, hold it in her mouth and just stare at me. If I leave the room, she follows, sits next to me and stares until I give in and play. |
still thinking don't know if they have any |

One of Max's many quirks -- he is top dog and bossy in many ways, but he allows his little brother to push him away from the water bowl or even his own food bowl. It never ceases to amaze me. |
Loving this thread! Bella is a shoulder sitter, too. I can't wait until she starts doing some of the things mentioned......... |
Okay I've thought about it and Teegy doesn't really have quirks he's just a big mummy's suck. Like his mum he likes his comforts, he will sit and moan at me while I'm getting his food ready and will not shut up until its in front of him. Tufty is the quirky one. He has taken over the bath mat as his play area and he takes his toys there and talks to them and tosses them about. He is quite content to play on his own. |

Khloe does this thing like a bull waiting to charge a red cloth. She does her hind legs like a bull ready to charge. |
When Tufty wants your attention for a rub or a tickle he makes a perking noise. Teegy talks to me, I guess that would qualify as a quirk. It's so funny when both of them talk to each other |
Waffles has many quirky things she does. She chases her tail nub constantl., if i pick up my cell phone she'll swipe at it with her paws to get me to drop it. She barks to me when she wants to be fed. Only mommy can care for her. Majorly partial to me. She has a cat toy that she loves a squirel that she acts like its her baby will only leave it with me. She steals kids socks and burrys in her toy box, She standsoin hind legs and tugs on you with front paws till I pick her up. she chases and shakes tail and does evasive butt manouvers on my vacuum cleaner, She wags her tail at flys and trys to be friends with them, She hides from scary commercials on the tv, If you ask her if she has to go potty she will run to me and bury herself into me so its hard for kids or hubby to get her. I could go on and on. LOL |
