| Tinkerbell is going to the vet tomorrow!!! Help!! I haven't taken Tinkerbell to the vet since we got here to Texas, I finally got an appoinment for her tomorrow. What should I ask, This is her first time seeing an american vet, she has only been to the vet in Korea. I hadn't taken her because she has always been healthy and has all her shots, but recently seems she had an allergic reaction to her food or weather(cold). Anyone have good questions I should ask?? I am a little nervous just because of her skin problem .

| Make a list & make sure he checks it all Think Head 2 Toe 1 Ears -for redness, mites, etc 2 Eyes 3 Teeth 4 Trachea- collapsed 5 Skin/coat 6 mammary gland-breasts 7 knees- signs of crippling 8 Clean Anal Glands-ewww Take a fresh stool sample w/you, you can also bring your other pets samples (label bags by name) even though he isnt being seen to be safe no one has parasites- if any parasites are found, know your other pets weights to get meds for them then & avoid another office visit fee, get second round for to use in 7days for any hatched larvae then a few days later you can just take stool samples in for testing to be sure its gone-no office visit cost If vaccinations/rabies will be due very soon, go ahead & get them so you avoid another office visit fee-I hate that making 4 trips for the same problem because they know you have to worm twice in a row to kill hatched larvae, so you will be back & then you want to come back to test & make sure its gone so $30 tacked on each time, its crazy, you wont have anything left for bling bling . Dont be afraid to speak up if he forgets something. Ok so if I missed anything someone can add |
