Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | tail question when your yorkie is just walking around doing its own thing is its tail straight up in the air, straight back pointing behind them, or down?

| I think the boyz hold theirs kind midway between straight up and pointing back...it's kind of on an angle I guess. When they get excited about something it's straight up and when they're scared of a sound or strange smell the tail goes straight down. |

| Oscar's tail is pretty well always up... has a slight curve to it too... very cute. Ruthie's tail is almost always down between her leg - she has an arch to her back and her tail just can't go up - the highest it goes is straight out behind her.

| Kodaks tail isn't cut, so it's always wagging around.

| I didn't pay attention before but I am watching her now and Bella's tail seems to be just straight behind her |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i was just curious because sometimes i think morgan's back is curved and sometimes it looks straight. When she was younger i thought she had a roach back but it seems to have leveled off a little. maybe its still slightly curved. Just last night tho, her tail was down an awful lot which got to to wonder about her tail setting. but this morning when she was troting around the tail was up like my2boyz described.

| Daisy's tail is almost always up except if she is scared, then it is tucked down. Teddy Bear has a long tail and it is always wagging. He is the happiest little guy I have ever seen.

| Sahara holds hers high and Dennis is half way. Sahara has one of the cutest tails I have ever seen, it is almost always up and she shakes it like a rattlesnake when she is stalking Dennis; which is most of the time. Dennis holds his mostly in a middle position. |

| I think Shylah's tail is longer than normal but I love it!! It's like a little propellar when she is so happy to see me. She is like a little wind up dog! It is usually at an angle or down.
